Racist alert! These guys were caught on video refusing to sell some guy a gun, and gave him the runaround and a multitude of excuses, stopping short of saying that it was simply because he was African-​American. Furthermore, to deny someone from owning a gun on the basis of not having taken a «recommended» hunting training program is grounds for a lawsuit for depriving someone of their Constitutional right to bear arms, which trumps this business’s non-​existent «legal right» to refuse service to anyone (which in this case, is itself another violation on the basis of race).
