Find a good doctor who really cared is hard. Fortunately, I found Dr. Bessey as my family doctor for both my wife and I at Carondelet office in Rancho Sahuarita. When Dr. Bessey and his wife who is OBGYN doctor moved out of this office. I didn’t know where they moved to. My wife needs her annual OBGYN check up. She made appointment at this office, they don’t have OBGYN doctor but a nurse as OBGYN examiner. I did not like idea of nurse as OBGYN instead of OBGYN doctor. My wife wants to go to this office because we had possible experiences here in the past, and we didn’t know where Dr. Bessey and his wife moved to. This office called my wife on same day of appointment and moved it nearly two weeks later. She waited and came to this office for her appointment two weeks later. My wife was 10 minutes later for her appointment in the morning, and she was apologized for being later. Front desk girls and OBGYN nurse told my wife’s appointment is cancel and moved to next month. The office was completed emptied, emptied. These were not any other patients in the waiting area. OBGYN nurse was not ever busy. Everybody knows that doctor and dentist offices often make patients wait for hours. That is okay with them. This office is rude and unprofessional. Management needs to train their staffs and hire more doctors like Dr. Bessey and his wife.
