This is my all time favorite sandwich spot! I love the chicken cordon bleu with fries and a lemonade! The staff is friendly and the food comes out hot. I will continue to return for my usual order :)

Very good food, the customer service has taking a fall over the last few years, it’s definitely one of the better sub shops.

The food is excellent, I especially recommend the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the chocolate chunk cookie. The people are very nice but the service is a little bit slow. The prices are a bit high(just under $ 10 for a footlong sub) but they also offer 10″, 8″ and 6″ subs too, which range from $ 6 — $ 8. This place puts Subway to shame in terms of flavour. Yum, yum!

Ugh, I could have easily given this establishment four stars or more but the customer service was so bad, I decided to give them just one star. I had guard duty last weekend and instead of choosing to eat MRE’s, we decided to get a small group together and go to Penn Station. Since we were in uniform, our orders were taken down by our last names. So when it was time for me to place my order, the guy behind the counter said, «Well we will just call you Whitehead.» Umm, no. However, the dude still had Whitehead on my receipt and all the employees behind the counter kept calling me by that name. FYI, the term«Whitehead» can be misconstrued as very insulting and humiliating to most people.(Look it up on the urban dictionary.) Secondly, the entire counter was staffed by african americans, which could run into some pretty racist situations. I am not a racist person myself, but racism does exist either way. I ordered a chicken cordon bleu with no tomatoes but they ended up giving me a sandwich overflowing with tomatoes. They also tried skimping me on my portion of fries. I’m adding a star back to this review because I spoke with the franchise owner, who apologized profusely on the store’s behalf, refunded my money on the purchase and then said he will mail out gift cards. However, I don’t think I will be visiting this exact location anytime soon.

Penn Station has the best philly cheese steak around. Just add onions and mushrooms, and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. I know they have lots of good sandwiches but their philly is the heavyweight contender.

I worked here a billion years ago, and I still come back for my favorites. It can get pretty greasy(cheat day!!!), and the staff is almost always teenagers, but they’re friendly for the most part. Prices have gone up a lot but it’s still a nice treat now and again.

I love penn station food. A little pricey. But good and fresh. The employees remember you and greet you with enthusiasm! They offer a number vegetarian choices that I enjoy. It is clean… not all locations are.

I’ve been to a lot of Penn Stations and this one is my favorite. Never fails to impress. If only it wasn’t 5 billion calories…

This is a pretty standard Penn Station; everyone was attentive, service fast, and the food was hot and delicious. Convenient location on Rock road, easy on /off I-70. Watch your speed as the St. Ann police are pretty serious.
