This store lied to me about how much my trade in was worth and I didn’t find out until I got the bill a month later. Everyone in the store just looked at me like slack jawed yokels when I tried to get it fixed.
Luckily the excellent customer service at T-​Mobile helped me with the issue, but if you are looking to find someone who knows what they are taking about avoid this store like the plaque.
