Went here for breakfast and had the best steak biscuit I have ever had! I would go back.

Just ate from the mobile unit at burger fest. TERRIBLE! Took 35 min for a burger that is raw and messed up the order. Never again will I make this mistake. Coleslaw has NO taste

The swordfish was awesome! We had the Mother’s Day Seafood platter. It was all good… but the swordfish was worth a repeat visit the next time we are in St. Augustine! Service was great too!

Awesome service very attentive and knowledgeable. I ordered the stuff shrimp came out a little over baked but very delicious with the dipping sauce. The Mississippi caviar was tasty but needed a little more sauce. All the other dishes we got were flavor town leaving us very full… nice sized portions of seafood. Def want to try lunch next time.

Decent food and friendly service. Nice place for a quick breakfast or lunch. Place is kinda small and difficult to accommodate larger parties.

I’ll start by saying I will definitely try this place again. The not so great… service. Our server was sweet and really tried… however, she was young, inexperienced and definitely was not trained appropriately. No straws, no water, unsure of anything on the menu… cute, but a hair annoying. I asked about adding eggs to the biscuits and gravy, since there were no eggs on the menu. Our waitress said she’d have to ask because the a la care lunch was something different. I tried to explain that a la care meant«on the side». She disagreed with me. Whatever. They didn’t have sweet tea because they had b to run to the store and get orange juice because it was the Sunday brunch and they offer mimosas. They forgot it was Sunday. Really? They weren’t sure if they had oysters for the po boy… seriously? Oyster Creek Eatery? The good? Gorgeous greens, tomatoes and to die for biscuits and sausage gravy. Perfectly cooked eggs… although, I feel, one should not serve broken eggs. Highs and lows… I will dream about the tasty sausage gravy and biscuits for days!

This is a pleasant small family run operation. The menu is not extensive and confusing like a lot of places very simple and direct. Parking and seating is a problem but this is a small place I like said earlier. The clam chowder and their version of grits and shrimp were both excellent. Plan to return on my next visit to Saint Augustine.

So if you can get into a smaller restaurant Sunday at Noon you probably want to pass it up. We’d been wanting to try this one for a while. My shrimp with grit cakes came covered in a lemon gravy-ugh-and the grit cakes were just grits covered in the sauce. My husbands Po Boy had 4 small shrimp on a huge bun and his hash browns were slimy from oil. Skip it.

I gotta be honest. I’m usually not the type to post a Meh review but this place… it really disappointed me. My husband and I were happy to see a new spot in town, and looked up their menu online and were super excited to try the oyster po boy. First of all, this spot always looks dead… maybe for a rightful reason. I’m sorry. But the food was FLAVORLESS. Poorly under seasoned. The oyster po boy was a huge let down, as was the rest of our food. In addition to this, the dinner prices are OUTRAGEOUS for the quality and quantity of food you receive. We were expecting to pay the prices advertised online but they were not accurate. Just don’t waste your time. There are plenty of other spots in town worth spending your money on.

Great food. Great service. Our first choice of restaurant had a 45 minute wait so we decided to take a chance here. Best biscuits ever! The breakfast special was made just the way I like it. Good coffee too. The waitress and manager went out if their way to make us comfy and no problem with sides substitutions. Liked it so much we went back a few days later for lunch. Try the pepper jelly.

Don’t bother — I was turned away the first day after walking and walking and walking to get there — they have a 2 hour break in the middle of the day to recover from what crowd I don’t know — the place is always empty. So I tried to come back the next day — the same guy was there and rude and unwelcoming — refused to accept our discount certificate which brought us there. I did an about face and left — then the next day we overheard some people talking about it who also gave the place a bad review. Don’t waste your time. We opted for an established restaurant with good reviews and no fake discounts to trick you in the door instead. We paid full price elsewhere and received the quality one deserves while on vacation. Oh — but they do have free parking since they are far enough out of the town center… whoop dee doo… so park there and walk to a better restaurant lol

This is now my absolute favorite Breakfast joint in St. Augustine. Don’t let the fact that they are downtown fool you, they do have parking available in their plaza. Their staff is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is newly remodeled and super clean. Their biscuits are to die for and they have an amazing breakfast burrito/wrap. I also love their shrimp & grits! They have fresh coffee and if you want lunch, their burgers are amazing. As a perk, Antoinette’s Bath House is next door. You cannot help but wander over there since you can smell the scents of all the soaps from the parking lot.

The word of this review is FLAVORLESS! Fasting overnight for testing at Flagler Hospital had me desperate to find some good food! My first choice was the Blue Hen and my fiancé wanted oysters… So we came here just so I could tell him, «I told you so!». To make a short story even shorter… I know why they had no customers and why they don’t have that many reviews. The food was bland and definitely forgettable. They have a very light batter that they fry their food in, and I’m all for the whole«less is more» movement but… when a restaurant lacks in flavor then how else will you be remembered? We ordered fried shrimp and oysters and they both came with a side of collard greens. Even though the greens were cooked to perfection the flavor literally escaped the pot. If you’re looking for flavor I wouldn’t suggest this place. Oh… And babe, I TOLDYOUSO! Happy Unilocaling…

The biscuits alone are worth checking this place out. They melt in your mouth as though they are made only of the butter so evident in their taste. I never want to eat biscuits anywhere else again because they will pale in comparison. I had the steak breakfast biscuit with home fries on the side. It was served with a garlic horseradish sauce. The biscuit was the star of the show.(Do you get the feeling I like the biscuits?) The steak was labeled on the menu as Filet Mignon and I am not certain it was. Don’t get me wrong, it was also tasty but not as tender as Filet I have had in the past. The home fries were a little disappointing. They left a greasy orange smear on the plate but weren’t full of the flavor you might expect seeing that. My friend had the crabcakes, also with home fries on the side. The crabcakes were delicious in flavor but were a little too consistent in texture for her taste. She was expecting a crispier outside with a softer middle. Service was quick and friendly. We left planning what we would order on our next visit.

Stopped in last night for the first time. What a great little find. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The food was perfect. Chef Craig offered to accommodate us with any requests we had, but we chose to order straight from the menu. They served delicious homemade datl pepper jelly with the fried green tomatoes. The Shrimp and Grits were very good. My daughter loved the Salmon dish. Give this place a try, I do not think you will regret it!!!
