Hilton Garden Inn St Charles

The worst customer service I have ever had. The front desk had someone named Jennifer (wouldn’t reveal last name) tell my wife that the suite we reserved would not be available to us, that it is a mistake by Hilton corporate. She told us that we would get free breakfast to compensate us for it. As Diamond members we already receive free breakfast so that does not help. When we asked to speak to the manager, she did not want to give us his name, after asking several times she finally told us Peter. This is unacceptable. We planned this stay because we are attending a wedding and now we have to deal with this, I am extremely disappointed with Hilton and 2016 will be the year that Marriott will receive all my business. Which is a significant amount. Don’t stay at this hotel until Peter gives his front desk personnel some customer service training.

Great Value at $ 99 per night before tax. A nice clean hotel. Nice pool area and a nice fitness room. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean. I would definitely stay here again

My friends and I were in town for a wedding, and most of the wedding guests stayed here. It’s a Hilton, so it’s nice. Pool, workout area, vending, etc. Guest services was especially helpful since each one of us seemed to forget something.
My complaint is for the price you pay, more ought to be included. Breakfast is not included. It’s a la carte (with something like $ 3 for oatmeal), or pay $ 12 for a full breakfast. Toiletries and things were a charge. I’m shocked the business center wasn’t a charge.
Just disappointed in the pricing scheme. Otherwise, mostly satisfied with the stay.

A quick shout out for a wonderful 1 night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St.Charles. I attended a dance show at Pheasant Run Resort and without a doubt The Hilton has nicer cleaner and more up to date rooms. The double room was spotless. Linen fresh and crisp. Bathroom spotless. Great breakfast served with a smile. Fast free WIFI. Complimentary bottled water. Keurig coffee maker in room with yummy selection.
