Unless you enjoy waiting in a drive thru for thirty to forty five minutes, avoid this location like the plague! Happened to me three times before I finally decided I would never, ever go back to this KFC!!!

I ordered two meals. Didn’t get all of my food. I shouldn’t have to open the boxes to make certain they gave me my food. Chicken was good. Getting the rest of the meals was expected.

I’ve only been here a couple times but no matter the time of day or whether there be 2 orders being placed or 15 being placed and no matter how many or few customers they have, service is s-l-o-w. I repeat… S-L-O-W! I usually order the same thing, 2 crispy chicken legs and a box of chicken bites, can’t go back to the house with no chicken bites for the 4 legged babies. They never have enough crispy legs and rather than ask if I’d want to exchange for regular they just toss the 1 or 2 legs in the box. Took me 2 trips to realize I’d need to check the order every time. Almost always incorrect. I’ve yet to be asked if I’d take a regular as the crispy was still cooking. As the cook time is less than 15 minutes, I’d wait for it to be hot and fresh. Instead I get regular which I’m not fond of as I think they are overly greasy and nor can I stand the seasoning used on the regular. The few times I have choked down regular recipe because I was to far away to go back, I have noticed the regular recipe seems greasier than the krispy but had chalked that up to my not liking that version. One night when I returned home I noticed in my 2 piece box a regular recipe drumstick and a krispy recipe drumstick, so I decided to do my own taste test. I was blindfolded and the legs were put on separate plates. I was unaware which was which, and I grabbed the leg on the right, took a bite and had a mouthful of warm and tender chicken, the fried skin crackled ever so slightly as I bit down and then the grease came forth. I tried 3 bites to be fair, but I decided fairness is overrated. I happily noshed on my krispy leg. I have called several times when there is a mistake made, I am usually fastidious about checking before I leave, but everyone gets in a rush at times. They always offer to give me free food. But the purpose in the placement of my numerous complaints is that, if I only frequent this establishment 4 to 6 times a year and almost every order I place is wrong. Last time I asked for potato salad and slaw with my 2 krispy legs. I checked when I got the order, 2 krispy legs. Yeah! When I arrived home and pulled out my order and started placing everything on the plate, I hd 2 krispy legs, green beans(have bacon) and mashed potatoes with gravy(I despise gravy — too salty) and… no friggin biscuit. WTHey? The manager took my call. This is ht only time I actually went back, I made that 15 minute, one way drive because my order was messed up and missing things He had my order ready for me within 4 minutes of my walking in the door. I thoroughly checked my order before I left. I was surprised to see FOUR krispy drumsticks(next days lunch) slaw and potato salad along with TWO biscuits. He also threw in a dessert. Gave that to somebody but did not tell manager guy. I know mistakes happen, but it seems odd that I only frequent this location half a dozen times a year and my orders are almost never correct. But, even though I get a bit annoyed when this happens, so often, the staff is very ready and willing to correct the mistake that they take responsibility for and they will correct it in the manner that will satisfy their customer. That was the only time I took advantage of having my wronged meal replaced. As I said, I am not in it to get free food, or food I paid for as most will say, I do this to bring to attention that there is something very wrong going on in that store if that many orders are coming out incorrectly. Everyone knows replacing the wrong order with the correct order is $$$$, so I wonder how much they loose every month on product that was not bad, out of date, spoiled or had been contaminated in some way but rather because the customer was given the wrong food and that food, once taken in back, can not be reused. The chicken pot pie is good but far to many calories, fats and sodium for a single meal. Maybe alright if split between 2 adults. I do enjoy the potato salad. The cashiers are always friendly. Orders may be taken quickly but does not arrive so. When I have had a discrepancy they are more than willing to make it correct. Twice, to my delight they’ve added an extra leg or a few more chicky bites, to the utter delight of the pups and cats. But it is off-putting to open the order at home is worse, but at store, your waiting even longer.
