They have a great selection of nail polish. The staff here is also very friendly and helpful! The best days to shop here are Thursday and Friday since they get shipment every Wednesday! Also, biggest ethnic selection in the district.

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. The customer service of the two old biddies who work there are DEPLORABLE! So bad that I, who spends a good $ 250-​$ 500+ a month there, refuse to go back. The one old bag, we’ll call her Biddy 1, is a tall, dark short haired plump older woman who I have never seen smile. She acts like she is doing you a favor by scanning your items. The other, we’ll call her Biddy 2, is a short older woman not as rude but certainly just as unhelpful. Biddy 1 had the audacity to PULL A PRODUCT OUT OF MY HAND and said I already had enough time seeing it! Granted, they were extensions so there are health concerns, HOWEVER, you don’t just grab something out of someone’s hand! Final straw I had with ol’ Biddy 1 was only two nights ago with said extension experience. She also slammed and locked the door behind me when I told her she offended me. She said as I left «Well we close at 9pm!» Looked at my phone, it was 8:58. I was about to spend over $ 300 in extensions and color! After speaking with TWO of the managers, NOTHING was done. I literally was told «I don’t know what to say» and nothing was done to keep me as a customer. Is THIS the customer service you’d have operating YOUR business?
UPDATED! The REGIONAL manager was fabulous and assisted me in finding another Sally store. I now go to the one in O’Fallon off Ronald Reagon Dr. It is a bit of a drive but the staff is ¹⁰⁄₁₀!
