Time Centre Apartments

I have never run across worse, less transparent management in my life. When I first toured, I had a good feeling about the place — they said ~$ 60 in electric per month, super friendly and helpful management, and the apartment was decent and close to work. Two months in and my apartment has an unfixable, incredibly strong smoking odor. They did a great job of covering it up for my move in, now all my clothes smell of cigarettes along with everything I own. Also, they outright lied — keeping the room temperature at 68 degrees my utility bill came to $ 179 for ONE month.
Also — their office hours make no sense. They’re open 9 – 5! Ladies, you don’t work at an office where people come to you during business hours — you work at an apartment complex where people are AT WORK, meaning AWAY 9 – 5. They also keep NO records of packages, and they provide NO help if you get locked out of your apartment. Seriously, you have to call a locksmith and pay $ 70!
I seriously think this place is run by scam artists who sold while they could. The only helpful people I’ve met here are the maintenance guys, they are really nice and genuine.
Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about signing a lease with these people.

Lived there for three years. Two years in a two bedroom town house and another year just below in a one bedroom unit. The staff are great, on special occasions they’ll throw parties for the residents and supply food and beverages and fun.
Maintenance staff would be prompt to fix any issues.
The area was relatively quiet, except for the obvious that it’s right next to I-​70 so you get to hear some traffic when the windows are open.
The prices seem reasonable as well, and the gym was nice. If I move back to Saint Charles I’d live there again!
