Words can’t express how great of an experience it was living at the Residence at St. Charles! Not only is the facility always clean, but the staff is always cheerful and eager to help with any need you may have. From office staff to the maintenance crew, everyone is always welcoming and happy to be there. It’s a very luxurious complex, the pool is great, they have several BBQ units, a dog park, pet spa, tanning beds, gym, and covered parking. It’s also great to have dining and entertainment on the facility grounds! I’m anxious to see what other businesses lease up space as The Residences are becoming even more of an attractive nightlife location.

Branson, MO
Nice place to live. Close to everything, great places to eat near by, Katy Trail just out back and QT available for all your quick needs. Lofts are pricey and but overall very pleased with where we live. Missing the Car Wash and electric car plug in that are mentioned in the advertising — looking forward to the AMC Movies opening and other shops at a later date.
