So, I ordered online, after ten minutes after the order was supposed to be to me it wasn’t. I called the store and apparently the order never showed up on the screen. So the order was never made. They took down the order again and said it will be out «soon». It took another ½ an hour to wait for the food I ordered and paid for. I don’t think I will be ordering from this company again. You need to fix your online ordering system as the person I talked to said «this has happened before». Not so good for business.

I ordered online at 10:30 AM for my food to be delivered 1 block away at 11:30 AM. I called at 11:40 and the person I spoke with on the phone was very rude and said my food will be there shortly and they were backed up. I offered to walk there to pick it up since it wasn’t ready yet but he said no that the food is on its way. I waited another 10 minutes and still no food. A half hour after the food was supposed to be there I still had no food. It’s now 1:30 in the afternoon and I never received my food but I was charged. TERRIBLE customer service! Do NOT recommend this location for anyone! STAY AWAY!
