Personal Mini Storage

Incredibly nice staff! We originally were interested in a 10×15 unit (which wasn’t bad, but we wanted to go a little larger) but ended up getting a 10×20 which allowed for us to get the first month free and it was only a few more dollars a month compared to the smaller unit. It was very clean, organized, and the owners were very helpful. They even let us borrow their dolly for a few larger boxes. Glad to find such a great storage unit the first go around.

I can’t give a review of the place itself but I can on the customer service. I called to get pricing and spoke with a very nice lady. I had gone online and they had a first month free coupon. I put in my enail and was waiting for a reply. When I spoke to the lady she said they do not honor it right now but she would let her supervisor know. I was giving here my email address and we got disconnected. I called back and explained to a man who answered, and all of a sudden he got defensive and rudem I then told him without the coupon they are much more expensive. He went off telling me that they are a prime location, pay prime taxes, have a store front and have rental trucks! So does Rockers Lockers and they will save me over a $ 100 in three months!

Great staff, always friendly. I had parking spot in which I stored my boat. The location was always clean. The facilities were top notch, I highly recommend this business!

Considering this is a «storage» facility, I must say it’s the cleanest of many facilities I’ve seen. The staff is so accommodating and always willing to work with you! It seems that someone didn’t like this facility based on the entry but having rented a space, along with a storage unit, I NEVER observed a fly, let alone roaches! My wife and I were ALWAYS treated very nicely, courteously, and always above board. There are one or two storage units which have food stored, (Little Debbie) comes to mind, but having been at this facility for more than two years, we have never, ever, heard anyone complain about anything, with the exception of when the monthly bill is NOT paid. Then, staff will get ahold of you, for sure. Thankfully, we never had to worry about a late fee or notice as they had access to make the monthly draw for the needed fees.
I hated to leave the place but we moved so we had to find another location, which we did, but it’s nothing like Personal Mini Storage in St. Cloud! They’re the best!

Excellent and friendly staff. Nice unit for the monthly price. Any storage facility will have pest problems, you just have to pack your items WELL.

Worse staff of any place I’ve ever done business. Aggressive and hostile! Place is full of roaches too. Corporate doesn’t care either. Does not warrant a single star rating, had to put something.
