Pizza Hut

Let me begin with fact that this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I’m sorry I had to give a single one. Once we first walked in we waited for our table for about 20 minutes with nobody ahead of us. Once we were sat down, the table next to us was filthy and we waited for one hour without a waitress stopping to clean it up. Along with the table being an absolute mess the floor was no better. We continued to wait and finally got our food for waiting what seemed to be an eternity. The kitchen was filled with dishes and silverware and seemed to be understaffed. Our waitress rarely filled our drinks and it seems this was due to the management. I would not recommended coming here at all. Save your time and money the pizza is not that great.

Always so nice and Pizza is always hot. This one the best Pizza Huts I have ever eaten at !

Order a pizza you would think it would have PIZZA SAUCE on it not in this case .I’m no rocket scientist but when building a pizza it’s dough, sauce, cheese, toppings. Just shows at this location the lack of focus on producing a product standard that I have trusted in a name Pizza Hut, which is a go to but this literally left me with a bad taste. #tighenup

How can you not give this place a 5? The wait staff is amazing! The food is always hot and good!

I haven’t eaten at a Pizza Hut Restaurant in quite some time and if they all have the same awful service as this one I wont be going to another one for as long as possible!!! We came here to celebrate my daughter in law’s birthday. We were a group of 6 with a 3 year old and 2 school age kids. The server was horrible. He was as nice as could be just totally clueless as to how to serve customers with young children. I must say that it must be a result of poor training and poor management b because he was aiming to please, it’s just his aim was that of a blind man in an archery competion. He didn’t prebus after our salads for starters and they have small tables (we used 2 side by side). So before the pizza and wings ever arrived the table was already full. Then when the food came (average wait for the time of day — we got there pre dinner rush) he proceeded to try to place a piping hot pan pizza in front of our 3 year old and when we redirected him to put it someplace else as WE rushed to move the salad plates someplace else, he then tried to place to baskets of 20+ hot wings in front of the child.
The food was ok. The wings were good, the supreme pizza we got had half the toppings we usually get when we order delivery from our local Narcoosee Pizza Hut.
Bottom line, my daughter in law is a server and I really wanted her to enjoy being waited on for her birthday. Instead we helped train our server as we dined and were constantly getting up to clear our table and look for him to ask for things.
I reluctantly tipped 20%, mainly because I believe his poor service is due to lack of training. They would not come out to sing Happy Birthday so we did ourselves.
We WONT be back to this Pizza Hut and now I know why it’s been so long since I’ve dined in one. If you’re looking for a good celebratory restaurant… THIS AINT IT! Go to Chili’s or one of the other well known chains. I spent $ 100 (including tip) and think we would have had a better time for the money elsewhere.

This Pizza Hut has the friendliest managers ever! Their buffet isn’t that great, but few Pizza Huts have good buffet choices these days. My advice is to order pizza from the menu and it will be great.
