They did a perfect job with the arrangements and services. They were reasonably priced, and thorough with making sure everything was done properly. I have no complaints at all, only gratitude that I could grieve my father and visit with family and everything else was beautifully taken care of by McMillan. If they have few reviews it is because most of us don’t want to be bothered with this Unilocal signing up nonsense.

Just came out here for my aunt’s funeral and my family used these guys. They were extremely professional, and they were very respectful of the deceased and our wishes. Their prices were very competitive and they helped with every last request we had. We had hand made a casket and they were able to accommodate even though it was an unusual size. They took care of the main dressing, and let us do the final touches. Brand new hurst, and overall a great experience. Would recommend, except that would mean wishing death upon you or someone you love.

I have never been treated more rudely in my life than when we buried my Dad. I was never offered condolences, was reprimanded for not coordinating better with estranged family members, and ignored because I stopped by without making an appointment. These people were paid for their services yet made me feel as if I was bothering them and was intruding because I wanted to be involved with my Dads funeral. I don’t know why such rude, uncaring people would choose to work with people who are in mourning.

HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE — COLD&UNCARINGCUSTOMERSERVICE! No wonder why they have no reviews. Bob McMillan and his wife are operating the most uncaring and unprofessional funeral services. In a time of death and grieving, the last thing you want is to walk into this poorly managed and heartless office! After the death of my grandpa last week, my mom phoned to confirm that they were the ones assigned for his funeral preparation. The lady on the phone was rude and short with her words while confirming that we could stop by and leave sentimental items for the burial — but neglected to urge us to make an appointment. The next day when we arrived at their office to bring the obituary along with personal items to be left with my grandfather, we were ignored and left waiting to be helped for over 45 minutes. When I asked why we hadn’t been helped, the wife of the owner reprimanded us and said that we should have made an appointment. Then we were left waiting some more! By the time Bob saw us, once again there was no formal greeting and/or offering of condolences!!! On top of that, he felt it was necessary to give us the guilt trip of not coordinating the service information with our estranged family with which he was also dealing with. What is that any of his business!!! For a family owned and operated funeral business — this is embarrassing and unacceptable. Spare yourself and go somewhere else!
