I went back to speak to the manager after I found a few small issues with my new Maverick and explained all that happened. The manager agreed with me and apologized. He went out of his way to make everything right and gave me a discount on some accessories I purchased. I feel much better now that all is resolved.

This place did a pretty good job cleaning the carb on 4 stroke. I did end up paying about $ 250 and They didn’t need to buy any parts. They also left my key on and drained my brand new battery that they claimed that I should also have replaced. I ended up taking it up and charging it up and it worked just fine for the last 3 months.
There apparel is over priced. And every sales person will tell you that every toy you look at that actually that is the next toy there going to buy!!! lol I’ve heard it now 3 – 4 times.

Moto Zoo is basically the only place in town for motorsports so getting any work done on your bike or ATV is going to cost you. Big time. They are ridiculously overpriced but if you are buying a new vehicle there they do offer some good financing options and to be fair, the service team is very knowledgeable and quite friendly. They don’t have a very big selection of helmets and apparel, so I have to go online for any of that stuff. Overall they are of high quality but have poor selection and insanely high prices.
