The Pizza Factory is normally considered a high end pizza place in Utah. I have been to two others in Provo and American Fork and both had great atmosphere, food and resulting memories.
This Specific location is known by some locals as «The Pizza Factory Express». It’s ran by teenagers who don’t seem to care. The food is overpriced for the quality. There is a feeling of cheapness as they nickel and dime you for everything.
We wife and I left with all 5 children feeling not compensated for the $ we spent.
This is a time you can judge a book by its cover.

St. George, UT
Been going here for decades, as a native. I even worked here at its previous location. Great food, yet service is inconsistent at this location. We always order takeout — and they always mess it up. The menu is a bit different than the original Pizza Factory, and it has some menu items from Pasta Factory. They skimp on the sauce on their pastas, and salad dressings. Eating in will probably get you better results. Great salad bar, too!
