The pizza factory is a great restaurant. It has great food, a good, clean interior, and decorations, and very respectful staff.
As for the 4 stars, the pizza isn’t the best I’ve ever had. The sauce didn’t taste that great. But the bread twists were like heaven. You can’t go to pizza factory without getting bread twists! This is a great restaurant, and I recommend it. It’s perfect for Weekend Nights!

I always order delivery from this location! They always get my complicated order correct and the food is delicious! I get bow tie Alfredo pasta with Szechuan chicken and breadsticks. All of their dipping sauces are awesome! The pizza is also great here. Delivery is quick and service is friendly! I just wish the prices were a little lower but the quality is great and I will keep coming back for the taste!

Ordered a large salad bar to go. I had to go back and make sure it really was a large the container was so small. I don’t actually know if they make a to go container that is smaller than this… So I can’t imagine what a small salad bar comes in.
Total waste of money as me and my wife both had to go home and make sandwiches to go with then just to be full

Not impressed at all. Very over priced and no flavor at all. Let’s not forget the horrible service. Don’t bother with all the hype about this place. Waste of time.

Really disappointed! Paid $ 12 for a tiny salad and crappy pizza. napkins upon request? I thought I paid for more than one trip to the salad bar and the 16 year old with an attitude shut me down. way to embarrass me. and not be clear as to what is included… wasted money for sure

Garlic bread sticks are awesome. Salad bar was good but we watched the teens that seem to run the restaurant eating from the bar with their hands. Pasta was good. Great restaurant when looking for fast food.

Always satisfied when we come here. Salad bar is good. Pasta is good. Don’t get pizza too often but the BBQ chicken is our favorite when we do.
For those looking for more of a restaurant feel, I’d suggest the downtown location.

Pizza was not bad but the garlic breadsticks were friggin great … Giant
soft cookies as well … Will be going back for breadsticks next St George trip 4 sure !!!

Horrible service. I ordered 3 bread twists and it took them over 30 minutes for my food, even when the place was empty. The worst part was that when I finally got my food, it was already cold! They had no excuse for their poor service. It was a deeply upsetting experience.

This is the best Pizza in town! They have pizza, pasta, and a great salad bar. The service is the best I have had anywhere in town. They make the pizzas just the way you like them, thick or super thin. Give them a try!

If you’re going to pay the same prices that you would at a regular Pizza Factory, you should get the same items. The salad bar was lacking the ingredients that I usually get at other Pizza Factories. The salad bar is why I like this place. The large salad is small and the small salad is tiny. It also looks like it’s run by 12 year olds. This places only saving grace was the cashier/​doer of everything else, Brittany. But unfortunately, that’s not enough to make us come back

Pizza factory express does a great job with a small restaurant. The bow tie chicken salad is a big hit, and their pizza is great. Nice to have a good pizza place on the west side of town.
