With all of the news of exploitation of workers, child labor and unsafe work conditions, I am making an effort to purchase more«recycled» clothing. I used to love shopping in consignment shops back in high school so I am hoping to make it a habit again. I’ve browsed through the store a few times before but have never purchased anything. But today I came specifically to shop for a dressy jacket or cover up for my cocktail dress. The shop is small but offers a little bit of everything. The small space is a bit packed with items. They have options ranging from inexpensive to high end designer items. I did not find what I was looking for but did find a pair of really cute Guess jeans for only $ 20. I also found a pair of ear rings and a hair clip — both for a total of just $ 18. They will be perfect for the Napa Valley Film Festival events I’m attending next week. The staff did not acknowledge me when I came into the store and didn’t offer any help but were helpful when I asked them a question. We ended up discussing some items that I would like to consign and we chatted for a bit. They get new items every day so I plan to visit often. When I left the store, I remembered to check-in on Unilocal and they offer not only a free reusable shopping bag but a discount too. I went back in and got my bag and also got an $ 8 refund. Yay!

I love this store, but the staff and owner are less than helpful. I took my family in there, which included my 3 year old niece, and I overheard the owner talk about my niece and say how annoying my niece was for being in her store. This was not ok for me. I’m very disappointed in the lack of maturity and integrity.

These ladies run an awesome shop packed with treasures. They know the business well and are always busy putting out new finds. I’ve always seen them provide excellent service, regardless of anyone’s color, as was griped about by another review. That just can’t be true. They donate to charities all the time, keep a clean, organized shop and pay on time.

Love this store! I managed to find designer shoes in my size(11!) and clothes that fit perfectly. Staff were friendly, non-intrusive and interactive with all of the customers(older, ethnic, chic, they ran the gamut) and didn’t bother me while I was walking around with my pile of loot. They had really great prices, too, which was a wonderful deal, too. I will make the trip back here just to wander through this store. Looking forward to my next awesome find!

Great stuff! Great prices! We went in with no intentions and walked out with two beautiful designer sweaters, a handcrafted tea set and a cool gift for our gracious hosts without breaking the bank. The customer service was friendly and informative and they found us a box and a bag that went beyond the pale. I can’t say enough good things about Lolo’s and I look forward to going back. Enjoy!

Do NOT consign here. They lost my items in the system and had them tied into an entirely different account! That said lost some pieces that weren’t selling and wanted them back but they couldn’t find them in the store. The girl working that day was apologetic, but the woman who I originally worked with was an ill mannered old woman. Definitely will never return here again. HIGHLY recommend Vintage Trunk just up the street. Best service, better quality, and great deals!

Horrible service and unfriendly staff. Yup walked in and the gal did not even ackwoledge us. Really rude when asked a few questions and did not even say bye. Again another store in the region that if you aint white, you aint right.

Great selection, very clean store with merchandise in good shape. The coats, dresses and purse sections include some wonderful items, including from high end designers, at very good prices. Do not miss the sale racks as i found a great DVF dress in perfect condition for $ 25. Love this place.

I hit the jackpot shopping at Lolo’s this visit. I went in to find an inexpensive flapper dress for an upcoming costume party. I found a perfect choice from H&M within two minutes of walking in the door. Also got a barely worn pair of Lauren shoes, a DVF dress, a BCBG dress, a hot leopard number that fits like a forgiving glove, a maxi dress perfect for summer, and a few accessories, all for a song. I could have bought another four or five dresses from J Crew, Ann Taylor and others but had my luggage to think of. There was also an amazing little pair of Tod’s but they were a tiny bit too big. I don’t think it gets much better than consignment in Napa! I’ll never come to here again without hitting this litte gem.

Husband and I were in St Helena for a weekend of fun and dinner. We came across this cute consignment store and decided to check it out. Loved all of the clothes in there and I got lucky… I found my first pair of maternity jeans for $ 7! Gap brand! What a great find! They have TONS of shoes that are designer brand that are super cute and fun. Check it out if you are in the area. It’s located on a main street with lots of fun and local shops to check out. I’ll be back when I am in the area!

So excited that I found a pair of Citizens jeans in my size! And for $ 40! There’s a lot of stuff you have to weed through to find the goodies(too much stuff for one little store!) but if you can manage to find something it’s always reasonably priced. Minus one for being disorganized/mislabeled tags(ex. they had labeled size 27 jeans as size 7… a size 27 is more like a size 0… waaaay off). Minus one for too much stuff/crowded…if they were more selective it would be easier to find things and I wouldn’t feel cramped walking around. Awarded three stars for reasonable prices, good location, unique items not carried by other local stores.

Purchased: 3 Fabulous Belts for 15 smackaroons and 3 moods Belt #1: For the side of me with attitude who wants a PBR and screamin’ loud band. Belt #2: Big and wide, perfect for skinny jeans and a long shirt Belt #3: Kinda tired, shabby chic, but sells well in dim lighting to dim-witted girls like me* I’m all about small stores and big discoveries. Amongst fancy farm-style antiques and overpriced kitchen ware, Lolo’s sticks out like a breath of fresh air into an old wine. Yes, I love a good metaphor almost as much as I love Lolo’s. Like any consignment store, it’s only as good as its current donations. What makes it so unique is the amount of designer names and quality merchandise that they happen to have on their oh so organized racks. Just a few items I saw but didn’t purchase: Italian dinner ware, 7 jeans, an antique Chinese water jar, and a darling jacket that the woman next to me got to first. Call it wine country wisdom, but if you dine at Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen, wouldn’t you also shop in Cindy’s Backyard? *Minus 1 star for being a bit dark inside, but I understand… things sell better in complimentary lighting. Common sense for uncommon finds: When searching for good digs, you gotta go where the locale has good stuff!

Size 0 jeans for ten dollars that do not need alterations. Only in my dreams. This MUST be heaven! One of the better consignment shops I have been too!

My wife and I are avid consignment shoppers. We roam through Berkeley SF and Marin looking for great finds. Lolo is hands down our favorite. We always find great, one of a kind clothing there. They have a mens section — a rarity in consignment stores, The sales people and owner are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the drive. Hit the wineries then hit Lolo.

Lovin’ Lolo’s. I nearly always find something there. Some of the treasures have been: a book, a new sweater, some funky vintage pants, a plastic song flute for my kid, tap shoes for my niece, an old glass thing that I turned into a hurricane, and the lovely painting of a woman in a red bra talking on a purple rotary dial telephone.
