Like other reviewers, I too would give this place 1 star if I could. They are absolutely horrible business owners. My step daughter’s senior pictures were 100% the same juvenile quality as the pics in years before, except they charged 500 times more for the same exact package of sheets of photos not even cut. The digitizing was horrible, especially around the hair, and this is 100 not professional in any way.
To put the icing on the cake so to say, a family member in another area wanted to order some of the pictures and we gave them the information to order online. They paid the exorbitant prices, but several months later Cady charged their credit card for almost $ 200 more without any authorization. When they called to investigate, Cady told them they just charge whatever cards they have on file because the proofs were not returned in time. Unbelievable that their standard practice it to not only retain customers’ credit card, but then to place charges on the with no authorization. Doesn’t this seems like fraud?
My advice if you are trying to save money, find a hungry local photographer that will go out of their way to produce good photos at a comparable price. You won’t get top shelf for a well price, but you can do just as good with you cell phone camera and some basic lighting and free picture retouching software. Disgusting!

WHAT A TOTAL RIP-​OFF!!! I wish there were an option to give this place NO STARS!!! You are better off getting photos for MUCH less money at a department store! The only reason we went here was because my daughter’s high school requires that senior pictures be taken here.
The parking was a dangerous nightmare with cars parked all over the grass and lot, not just in marked stalls. Inside was complete and utter chaos. The wait at each station was inexcusably long. People lined the crowded hallways– there was no where to sit except the waiting room and near the front right studio. I felt there was no respect for my time or comfort. There was no manager available to speak with me– any employee I asked apologized said they were short staffed. Whenever we inquired as to how long the wait was going to be, we were told there were at least four or five people ahead of us. After nearly four hours of this RIDICULOUS situation, I cancelled the rest of our session and demanded a refund. I understand about being short staffed, but why in God’s name couldn’t they pick up the phone and call me to ask me if I wanted to reschedule when they realized they could not even come close to handling the bookings for the day? I completely resent being forced to waste my time in this way. I can’t even recall the last time I witnessed such a poorly managed business!

I took my son to get his senior pictures taken here and they were helpful with helping me pick out clothes for the photo shoot. They are a little expensive, but worth the money.
