Applebee’s

We used to frequent this location a lot and it was always a pretty good visit. We haven’t been there in about a year and it has changed from good to horrible. The service was awful! Hardly any refills, dirty plates in our way the entire time. It took us over 40 minutes to get our food and the place was empty. When the food came out it was cold. A classic case of food that sits under the heat lamp for too long and nobody decides to run food. After we get the cold food, my fiancé asks to have her pasta at the right temperature. The server questioned her and didn’t offer any apology. The manager did not ask if everything was okay. It was the worst experience I have had at any Applebee’s location. I don’t expect free food or a discount, but a simple apology and timely service would of gone a long way. I write this not to shoot down the location, but to provide an honest opinion. I have worked in restaurants and in restaurant management for quite awhile. I know how it is and not everyone can be pleased. I understand the business and this is not the experience a guest should receive.

Really good location! Good food, service, management, and staff. We go there for business meetings and family stuff. They have not disappointed us.

First let me start by saying that the only reason this review has 2 stars is bc our server was friendly. Granted we went at about 11pm, but this is when I feel the food at Applebee’s should be really good bc they really pride themselves on great late night apps. This was not the experience that my husband and I had. We decided to try the new apps: the meatballs, the brisket nachos, and the chicken quesadillas. They were all COLD!!! Not one thing was hot like it was suppose to be and my margarita was weak! I sent the nachos back, even when it was warmer it still didn’t taste that great, not to mention that the «brisket» resembled wet cat food. We never come to Applebee’s bc the food is always less than up to par, but I know for sure we will NEVER be back to this chain again!!! Proceed with caution…

Literally watching the most awesome bartender I’ve ever seen. She’s so quick, but so friendly! I didn’t catch her name, but on 1−3−15 she was wearing a Tarasenko jersey and had her brown hair in a braid. I need to know when she works again; she’s awesome!!!
