A great place to get a simple good hamburger or other diner classics. Food cooked fresh as ordered, unbeatable prices & friendly service. I was served fast but you could see your food be grilled before your eyes.

It used to be a regular destination after a long night of work because who wants to cook at 2 in the morning. My last experience however is the reason I will not be going back. I got the French toast like I do on occasion but it was absolutely terrible, the only thing worse was the service. Our server was rude and when I told her the issue with the French toast her response was well know you know you don’t like it.

I love this place. Live fairly close and am familiar with some of the staff. Great service and food. I love diners because you can see them make your meal. Definitely recommend them if you want quick, affordable, and quality food.

the food is quick and ready to go. Their burgers are super good! the pies were not all that. I also liked their pancakes and eggs

First off they only take cash
This is truly a gem in the diner scheme of things. The size is typically diner tight, but now to the important stuff. the food
Hotcakes: some of the best dang hotcakes around ;nice size for the price
Slinger: it’s St Louis thing and served up here… it is good. I ordered mines with hamburger

Really good and hot food for a really good price. Make sure to bring cash as its cash only. I’d totally recommend this eatery to my friends.

Went for dinner tonight with my wife, dirty glass, 15 minute wait for a clean glass, 20 minute wait for 2 burgers and 2 fries, catsup like water, other than that the meal was fine.

Courtesy Diner delivers! Good food with excellent service. It also boast some of the crispest hash browns in town. It is no frills, but that’s appropriate for what it is. Bring cash! No credit cards accepted.

My pancakes were undercooked and salty. They had leftover bits from previous food – yuck!
My husbands pork chop dinner was good, not great.
The service was good. We sure did have some obnoxious customers sit right behind us in an empty restaurant. But I dont deduct points for things a business cant control.
Food was just not up to our expectations– waffle house or ihop are far better.

I wish all the cooks knew how to cook an American omelette or Scramble. You never know what you’re going to get. They make an French omelette but not an American omelette.

Brand new to the Webster area this Diner follows the trend of its’ fellow Diners located on Hampton and Kingshighway with amazing late night food for a low low price. Remember cash only and always open ²⁴⁄₇.
This place is a hidden gem in my mind located South Watson being if you are avoided Steak n Shake and Dennys. This place is practically brand new and clean as a new toy. Service is always still good and entertaining and the slinger with jalapenos is the best thing to get in my mind.

I give this location of Courtesy Diner five stars because it’s infinitely better than the other location that I first wrote about. It’s nicer; it’s cleaner; the staff who work there are friendlier and nicer, too. I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door, was told that I could sit where ever I wanted to sit, and she would be with me shortly. My server was nice, friendly, talkative and seemed really interested in talking with me to get to know me. I liked that.
The food has not disappointed me. The servers are also the cooks, so when you order your food, they already know how to cook it and what you want.
I was pleased enough that I have gone back several time and have had carbon copies of my first time there even though the employees are sometimes different when I go there.
This is the only Courtesy Diner location where I will go because I like it so much better that the other location even though the one on Hampton is closer to where I live; after that horrible experience at the Hampton location, this one at the corner of Heege and Laclede Station Road will be it for me.

Today I woke up with breakfast food on my mind and couldn’t wait to order some from this Courtesy Diner location. I originally called up to place my order but was told they only take orders in person. Not really a big deal, just a little inconvenient awkwardly waiting while they cook your to go order. I got the western omelette and it came up super fast right in front of my eyes, which was pretty cool. When I got my order home I was generally pleased with the omelette which had a decent amount of filling to it and the hash browns were super good. I’d definitely come back to dine in or carry out.

Has that small town diner atmosphere to me. The staff is wishy washy at points, but overall, i am please with my visit when i leave. The Slinger is, and always has been great!

Would have loved to give this place 3 stars but there’s a few things that bother me about it.
Cash only. Not a fan, although they have at ATM on site… still strange.
The staff seems bothered that you’re there to eat– as if wasting their time taking and delivering your order.
Food is ‘ok’- not bad but nothing to write home about.
The positives are: unbeatable prices for a decent amount of food and it comes quick!
Will keep this one in my back pocket to avoid going to a fast food chain if I’m out and hungry, just don’t forget to bring cash or pay the ATM fee!

Delicious food, kind, quick service. I love coming here late at night and just getting coffee and a plate of bacon.
I always forget they just take cash, so be aware of that when you plan your trip! They do have an ATM inside though.
Truly a diner, and such a fun chain.

Hidden Gem! This place has such great deals. We did dinner for three and dessert for under $ 25! The place has the most predictable atmosphere, booth and bar seating, menus on the table, lots of windows, chili options like crazy and of course the slightly grumpy wait staff.

They must either buy cheapo ketchup or they water it down. So I know this is super weird but I will be bringing my own next time. The crinkle fries are soo good!
We’ll definitely be back, the prices are lower than Denny’s and Steak ‘n Shake with wayy better service and really good food.

Dreadful, gross and dirty. The three words that describes Courtesy Diner’s newest location. Rude, inattentive and lazy: the three words that most describe the employees who work at this location.
I literally live within 3 minutes of this location, 5 if the traffic is completely clogged. I was excited when Courtesy moved into this location, because although Courtesy’s not great at any location, another choice in the neighborhood passable food is certainly welcome. Until it opened, we had Steak N Shake at Watson and Elm, Domino’s and Eicia’s Pizza for immediate neighborhood delivery, Jack in the Box and White Castle, Fuzzy’s tacos, a local deli at YORKSHIRE and the commissary prepared food at QT.

Glad there’s a 24 hour joint around, moving here from NY it’s nice to see some of these places exist elsewhere. Like a friend who’s always there for you, it’s a comforting go-​to when you’ve completed your drinking and/​or gambling activity for the night. Cheap, fast, basic. It’s all you need.

Decent little diner burgers and fries with quick service, pay at the counter.
Breakfast is OK. I did like that they turned my pancake order into Mickey Mouse pancakes even though I didn’t request it (haha). I look forward to trying more things here and maybe up the star count on my review.
