Hardees Restaurants

I often stop here because it’s the only fast food place that serves breakfast on my way to work. And a plus is there is never a line. That is the only plus.
The service is so unfriendly that I have the internal debate… do i really want to deal with their attitude and get breakfast… or would i rather go hungry.
Unfortunately today i decided to stop since i have a stressful day ahead. I got coffee, a biscuit and hashrounds. What threw the whole thing off is that i asked for 2 creams and 2 sugars. When they gave me my order I put the cream and sugar in my coffee since i am driving to work. The man who had given me my coffee opened the window when he saw i didn’t immediately drive off and told me i had to move to do that because he was on a timer. SERIOUSLY? he said «you have to move, you can’t do that here». I GOT SCOLDED LIKE A CHILD BY A FAST FOOD WORKER. Not a great start to the day.
The irony… there was no car behind me… probably their only customer of the day.
When i told him if he would simply give me the cream and sugar and the coffee while they were getting my food ready in the future to avoid this he said that wouldn’t work because cream and sugar are by «request only»…i finished putting the lid on my coffee and just smiled and said «the customer is always right’…but then i felt dumb because clearly this is not their motto. i have them confused with someone who cares.
as other Unilocalers commented… clearly the owners have no control over these people. glad this guys timer will look good. spent $ 4 to ruin my morning. incredibly embarrassing experience. and if anyone actually reads this from hardees… tell that dude to cut his fingernails. nothing worse than someone serving you food with disgusting unkept nails. time of service 6:30 am December 2

29 minutes in the drive-​through. And then, when I got to the window, I was approached with a non-​apologetic typical teenager attitude like, «Man, get over it, I’m doing you a favor by giving you your food». The manager of this restaurant obviously has no control over his people

Pretty good burgers for a fast food chain. Sign up for their email list online, and you get some pretty good coupons. We had a coupon for B1G1 ¹⁄₃ Original Thickburgers, and they were seasoned well and juicy.
