Just waited for 15 – 20 minutes in line for just a Diet Coke. Going shopping, thought this would be the easiest place to stop. Boy was I wrong. The moment I’m at the ordering unit, it’s impossible for me to get out and I sat there for again, 15 – 20 min. Not sure what the hold up was. When I received my drink, which was repeated to be a Diet Coke by each employee, including the one who handed it to me, I was surprised to find it was an ultra sugary sweet tea. What? How does each person repeat A DRINK to me, and manage to give me the incorrect one? And the exact opposite drink to a Diet Coke at that? It was marked on the cup as diet as well. I’m not usually one to complain about small things, but I waited for 20 min for one drink, which was wrong. I dumped it out immediately. Not the first time this place has messed up an order, but the staff is always polite and it’s convenient so I keep coming back. Probably will think twice before stopping again.

No stars. Hard to imagine how a fast food restaurant could mess up every aspect of service, especially when they repeat the same relatively simple tasks over and over all day long, but somehow this place managed to. They got the price of my order wrong(twice), gave me a soda that was dripping sticky syrup everywhere, gave me half an order of fries, and made my sandwich wrong(not a special order), and made me wait five minutes, and no, it was not during a rush. Will never go back.

This McDonald’s is brand spanking new. All that means is that the play palace is bigger and the furniture and décor is more modern. Everything else is the same. I don’t really like McDonald’s other than their coffee… but we were at the Blues game last night and since they scored 4 goals or more we got a free Big Mac with our ticket stub. I felt kinda odd just walking in and getting a hamburger for free so we got a soda too. The counter attendant was fine and didn’t make feel like the cheapo that I am… $ 1.08 for two Big Mac’s and a soda. :)

I think the last time I ate at McDonald’s was in February 2002. It wasn’t anything personal. I just stopped eating at McDonald’s in general. However, I am a repeat customer for their Diet Coke. McDonald’s has awesome Diet Coke. I don’t care what anyone says. :) I don’t know why I chose to break my 13 years of McDonald’s abstinence, but I did. I had a four-piece McNugget meal with medium fries and a medium Diet Coke. My husband had a burger and fries. I probably don’t need to explain to anyone what any of that is or what it tastes like, so I’ll be brief. There wasn’t anything wrong with our food; it was what I would expect from a McDonald’s. As always, I would have preferred my fries to have been crispier. Yet, I liked that they were adequately salted. Quite adequately, really. The McNuggets were how I remembered them. To me, Chicken McNuggets are unique in that they don’t really taste like chicken. I can only describe them as having a unique McNugget taste. :) At this particular McDonald’s, you wait at the left end of the counter for your food. Your food is ready when your number appears on the screen hanging from above.(On my visit, they called out the numbers as well.) The service was a little slow, but they were surprisingly busy for 2PM on a Sunday. I didn’t time the wait, but I’m pretty good with time estimates. I would say our order took at least ten minutes. We had three people ahead of us, and two people behind us got their orders before ours was ready. The wait time wasn’t awful, but when our food finally was ready, our order was wrong.(My husband was served a cheeseburger rather than a plain burger.) This McDonald’s recently reopened after some remodeling, and in the spirit of Avril Lavigne, I found it to be «ka-ka-ka-kawaii.» Really, it’s rather adorable. They have funky seating, cutesy walls, and this awesome table with moving touch-sensitive lights. I wanted to get a photo or video of that table, but a family with three kids was hogging it during my entire visit. :p A sign posted at this location indicated they are open 24 hours a day for dine-in and drive-thru.(Maybe most or all locations are. I don’t know.) It’s not relevant to me, but this McDonald’s also has a play area.(They’d probably frown upon me taking my furbabies to the play area. :)) This might not be the best McDonald’s in the world, but apart from a couple of service hiccups, it’s a nice, newly designed Mickey D’s. Based on all of the McDonald’s I’ve visited in my life and on all of the experiences I’ve had at these various McDonald’s, I give this location four stars.

The outside has changed but the service is still the same. Average drive thru wait has been 10 minutes. It’s so convenient, but, will go somewhere else out of the way for iced tea because it will still be faster.

This location needs to be deep cleaned asap! We saw a roach on the floor near the bathrooms! Floors were caked with grime & funk. I cancelled our food order and left after seeing the state of the ladies’ room.

Food was fast, hot and accurate. Manager taking orders was rude and had a bad attitude. Overall would return dispite managers attitude.

This is a clean, friendly McDonalds. The interior is always clean and I like the layout. The redbox is a nice plus! You know how sometimes you get nice, crispy McD fries and sometime you get limp, nasty ones? I find this location typically has the nice, fresh, crispy ones. As I said before everyone is always friendly, especially Geoff. He always remembers us and is pleasant to deal with. Not sure what else I can add about McDonalds… I mean its name speaks for itself!

on the way to snowboarding we hit up this McDonalds and it was really good, we had to wait for them to bring out our food since we had a big order of «Fishy Fishy» :) but it was well worth it, they are pretty good, and the shamrock shake i had was really good as well, Still its McDonalds so same thing different McDonalds but i would give this one a 4 star, it looked fairly clean from the outside looking in :)

I have yet to find a MCD that does breakfast better than this Kirkwood location. This one is a little different from other locations. The dining room is fairly small in comparison, there are no TVs blasting cable news, and no crazy music coming from the ceiling. Looks like its been a few years since the last remodel, but don’t take that to mean its not nice. There is a nice looking indoor play land with several tables, and of course they have free wifi. I’ve only been here for breakfast, but in my 15 or so visits over the last couple of years the food was always cooked properly. Biscuits are hot and never undercooked(a regular problem at some other locations). Muffins are toasted instead of raw. Hash browns are always just right too. They have a maintenance tech cleaning tables and sweeping constantly and the bathrooms are clean each time I’ve checked. There isn’t a lot of yelling or anything coming from behind the counter which is nice. The big drive thru also has always been efficient, even though there’s usually 10 or so cars in queue.
