My friend from St. Louis told me I HAD to go to an Imo’s while I was in town. This was the closest one to where I was staying. It looks very sketchy. I was surprised to see they have an A health score as it seemed run down and slightly dirty. It’s very small, only a few tables inside. It with more seating outside. The workers seemed angry. They weren’t rude, but didn’t seem happy to be there whatsoever. All that being said, their pizza and toasted ravioli changed my life. Wow. I had never had St. Louis style pizza before, but now it is my favorite! It makes me sad to leave St. Louis, solely for the pizza.

I called to place an order because according to my coordinates on Unilocal this location was available for delivery. The employee on the other end of the line was completely rude and sounded put off that I would even try to order and when he asked my address I was told that it would have to be serviced by a different location and then he just hung up with no further notice. I appreciate that I made a mistake but that’s no excuse for poor customer service.

This place is awesome! Food is always ready and the management is really nice. The owner always likes to start a conversation and enjoys joking around. Go here for comedy.

Ordered a pizza for carry out, quoted 20 minutes. I showed up early and paid for it then waited. 20 minutes later I went to check and my pizza wasn’t even made. Never going back, regret the tip I gave them for not making my food.

Best made food of all Imo’s pizza locations. Of all the Imo’s I’ve had these pizzas are the best made with the most toppings for the money. Owner Joe was very friendly and talked to me all about the area and his business ethic. Not the greatest neighborhood l, but if you want the best imo’s pizza for the price, go here.

Once again this is the worst Imos in St. Louis. They are running a special on TV for 8.99 but this Imos it’s 11.95. Per the girl who picked up the phone they don’t honor the special. So once again instead of ordering from the Imos 3 blocks from my house I ordered from the spring street location. Not sure how they keep their franchise. I will be making a complaint to the corp office tomorrow. FYI the bar across the street requires you to order Imos from 2 miles away b/c they are so horrible in customer service.

Terrible customer service, terrible food. Imo’s is decent if you like thin crust, but this location at Morgan Ford and Humphrey is absolutely horrible(like many of the reviews have already stated). If you are in the area and you want pizza, you should go to Black Thorn Pub. However, if you really have a craving for Imo’s, I would suggest you order from the one at Arsenal and Gravois.

This Imo’s is the worst. I love Imo’s and most places do a pretty good job but this place isn’t one of them. Bizarrely, if you ask for sausage on your pizza, they’ll burn it. They say it’s for health code reasons but every other Imo’s cooks their pizzas to normal and consistent temperatures. Plus, they are reluctant to fix their mistakes. I had to beg them to fix their mistake. Terrible service, less than mediocre food. Go to another Imo’s!

We usually do carry out from this location. Staff is sometimes bitchy or frumpy, so a great customer service attitude is not included in the price, although yes, it should be. When we’re given the number of minutes before the order will be ready, the order has always been ready for pickup a good 5 to 10 minutes early. So if you order carry out and want hot pizza, show up early. We’ve ordered here at least 20 times and the order has been right every time. You either like provel or you don’t.

I have ordered pizzas from this Imos several times in doing business with them. I ordereda deluxe pizza Online for the first time and when it was delivered it was overloaded with cheese. I called them about it and they told me that at first I could get another pizza. Then I receive a call back from the manager and he told me that I should have specified light cheese when I ordered it online. I have never ordered a deluxe pizza and had to specify like to eat before. They always have had a very perfect blend of cheese and sauce. The manager then tells me that he is not going to send me another pizza. In the first place I didn’t ask for the pizza I was making them aware of the overabundance of cheese. His attitude was so nasty that I told him I would never do business with them again. He told me «that’s fine go somewhere else». For a business trying to succeed this not the way to make a customer happy. I will never do business with them again. Neither will my family or anyone else I can talk to about it.

They are usually good but the service is why they get 2 stars from me. They are not friendly at all and a bit racist too

Signed up for Unilocal for this. Ordered pizza from the Morgan Ford location. Carry out. Got home. One of the pizzas had long black hairs on it. Called to have it replaced. Called liar and hung up on. Called back. Told to bring pizza back immediately. Can’t bring back after we figure something else out for dinner or next day. Refused to send a driver as there were«none available.» Hung up on again. So avoid this location unless you’re cool with spending $ 20 on a hairy pizza. God only knows what their kitchen looks like. Thanks for ruining the night

Pizza is good and delivery times are fair. Prices are too high($ 23 for a large two-topping) and the first time I ordered from them they mixed up the style of crust I wanted. If you really want pizza, get it, but if you have any other options you should definitely explore those first.

OK, so here’s the thing. You either get St. Louis style pizza, or you don’t. You either accept Provel cheese as part of the local foodscape, or there must be something wrong with you. Imo’s IS Saint Louis style pizza. Thin, crispy, need two extra large ones to fill up a family of 4, coated in a molten layer of this cheese foodstuff that is met with more hostility by foodies than met the Jews by Hitler. Saint Louis Style pizza isn’t for everyone. I know very few locals that don’t like it. I know many STL transplants that either loved it the first time, or it grew on them. It is something different, and personally, I love it. Even when it’s bad, it’s still pretty good. They have some good salads too. Ordering from this location, I often request a side salad, and get delivered a full order for the price of the side. Sharing is caring, folks. Although I usually don’t. One more point of advice. If you’re new to the area, or just visiting, and you’ve never had toasted ravioli before. DONOT under any circumstances let your T-Rav cherry get popped by an Imo’s T-Rav. You’ll regret it for the rest of your life, and it will not call you the following day. Just don’t do it.

I love imo’s but this was a let down. The staff was rude, there was a hole in the door, floor and tables were a bit dirty. The bathroom was pretty dirty too. The food was good and the prices were good. The inside it is cramped but there was a good amount of out door seating.

No way this is an imo’s pizza. It was missing that sprinkle on top and it was loaded with sauce. The young man was very rude over the phone and kept saying what. What. I am a customer service rep and I speak very clear. When I went in to pick up my food no one greeted me nor did they even say what do you want. I said to the boy in a blue imo’s hello I am here to pick up my food for lauren. He said huhh. I said, no not huhh lauren. He looked at me as if I wasn’t at imo’s nor was I there to even pick il food. The young blondish haired boy needs to take a class or to in customer service and his boss should be watching how these kids are making his food and treating their customers. Ridiculous!!! I will never be back

So lame that people associate our fair city with this place. I used to really like Imo’s, until I moved away and realized I’d been lying to myself my entire life. My friend used to work at an Imo’s when we were in high school and I’d go visit her sometimes after school. I should’ve taken it as a sign that everyone was in the back smoking pot and cigarettes(in the kitchen, while making food) that the place was a dump. But when you’re in high school that kind of stuff is cool. Not anymore, folks(I mean about smoking and ash in my food, I don’t disagree with herbal medicine). I’d like(at the very least) a reasonably clean kitchen for my food to be prepared, along with cheese that is not made of plastic(but actual milk products).
