Jimmy John’s

We decided to pick up a couple of sandwiches today before the ballgame. It is so easy to do online. You pick your sandwich plus any extras and chose a time for it to be ready. We placed our order, paid online and at the time we chose went by to pick them up. In and out in less than five minutes.
I chose an Italian sandwich called the Vito and Mike got the Country Club Sandwich. Both held up nicely during the trip to the ballpark and to our seats. They were also quite tasty and I noticed there were a few people around looking at our sandwiches with lust in their eyes.
These are so much better than Subway and priced almost the same. The Cardinals stunk today but our sandwiches didn’t. Of course we will be going back.

worst customer service I have experienced at any of the store locations. The bike delivery person was arrogant and did represent the company very well at all… too many great sandwich shops to have to put up with poor customer service and disgruntled employees…

Poor service, had to request my change as the cashier took my order and then walked off. Ordered a sandwich that was supposed to guacamole spread (as the justification for a $ 7 sand which) and didn’t see any so I went inside to ask and was told by three+ staff members at the same time that it was in between the cheese… As in the put a piss-​ant sized amount and hid it away — no inquiry into if I was satisfied with the amount. Why would you put it in between the cheese? It’s a paste so by the time you get to the end of the sand which you have pushed it all the way at the end — they put the mayo on the bread not in between the cheese.
Next time I will be eating across the street at pickles deli

Love the food, but this lady was rude, and acted like she was doing me a favor. She made 3 others people’s food before ours. Bad. And then she smiled about it when I said something. Poor customer service. Cross this one off this list.

The staff is nice. They can make the sandwiches in like 30 seconds, so that’s nice too.
But the sandwiches taste terrible. Jimmy Johns is so bad. Why do I go there?

Jimmy John’s is a refreshing break from the comparatively stale taste of Subway. If you’ve been to a Jimmy John’s before, then you know what to expect. The sandwiches are good. The bread is great, and the ingredients are fresh. Service is quick and they get the orders right.
Delivery is as quick as they advertise, and the fact that they’re open until 4am is a big bonus.
The only drawback for me is the ambient noise in the place. They absolutely blare the music so loud in there that you sometimes have to shout your order. Maybe they do that to discourage loitering, considering the nightly influx of drunk people that comes in after the bars close, but I’d really like to enjoy my sandwich without the annoyance of ringing in my ears.

I love all Jimmy John’s & have yet to eat at one that was much different than any other. Jimmy John’s happens to be the closest thing I can find to just a plain old, nothing fancy, hoagie.
Sandwiches here are pricey, but the bigger ones are filling enough that I usually get two meals out of it.
The CWE location is nice because of the store hours and they don’t always (sometimes they do) yell «WELCOME TO JIMMY JOHN’s,» which is nice to not hear. One particularly surly man works there and he is the only one there with a bad attitude. The one star is because he ruins the entire atmosphere at this location.

The best subs for the money period. The bread and meats are great and the chips are good too. And the biggest thing I like is they will deliver even if it’s one sandwich for only a dollar. Now who can argue with that.

Love their sandwiches. My favorite is the Turkey Tom. +1 for being open late.
I don’t understand why they charge $ 0.75 for wheat bread? Isn’t bread supposed to come with a sandwich?

The veggie sandwhich is awesome! And service is extremely quick! They also let you fill your water bottle up with water, just ask.

Not going to lie I usually end up here because I happen to see it open at like 3:30 on the cab-​ride home and I’d probably eat something out of a trash can in this state, but that shouldn’t take away from the quality of the sandwiches, I like them in the middle of the day too. I often wonder how Subway is even still in business down the street… this is just so much better.
The food is always consistent and the bread is pretty amazing. The Turkey Tom is always a good choice. Service is always great with no judgement for my state at 3:30.

Great Sandwiches, a bit on the expensive side thought.

A friendly staff with hours open until 4 in the morning. Great location in the middle of central west end.

Consistently good, friendly, and fast service! I only ever order the tuna but I can say that the tuna mix and veggies always tastes fresh and of high quality. If you’re looking for a cheap sandwich or sub late at night, go to Jimmy Johns! I usually go at night when it’s quiet and the employees are always in good moods and never make me feel like I’m imposing/​never give me attitude (*coughs* Subway *coughs*). I’m so glad that there’s a JJ in my neighborhood!

I’m not sure about the other nights of the week, but this Jimmy Johns is open until 4am on Saturday nights.
If that doesn’t deserve four stars, I don’t know what does.
P. S. Order the Club Lulu with a giant chocolate chip cookie. Hits the spot every single time.

You know what, maybe this is a completely unfair review, but I’ve overloaded my friends list’s newsfeed today on Facebook, so I’ll just turn my rants to Unilocal.
I live in DeBaliviere. It’s basically CWE-​junior. I’m RIGHT THERE. I can walk if I’m not feeling like a lazy fatass. But yet, JJ’s won’t deliver to me (wanting to be delivered to by a restaurant two minutes away further confirms my lazy-​fatassness).
I called because I was getting red-​flagged on the online ordering, and when I gave him my address, and said, «I’m in DeBaliviere,» he said, «Oh, so you’re on Delmar.» (No, if I were on Delmar, I would have, uh, told you my address was on Delmar). When I said no, DeBaliviere is not the same as Delmar, he said, «Well, your delivery place must be Delmar.» I said no, it’s farther away. He looked it up on his computer, and ignored me when I said, «How’s the parking out front? I’ll just come get it myself if Friday night CWE traffic isn’t too bad» … he just confirmed that I wasn’t within their delivery radius. Really? REALLY? I cried out, «I’m, like, two minutes away!» And he told me their delivery radius is one mile.
0.3 miles past the threshold. If that stupid park or whatever wasn’t spanning over half their radius, my apartment may have just barely squeezed in that hypothetical circle on the map. Jimmy John’s, you’re killing me.
ANYONE CAN DELIVER SOMETHING FREAKY FAST IF YOUR DELIVERY AREA IS ONLY A COUPLE BLOCKS
I’m heartbroken. I want a Beach Club something FIERCE right now.

my bf loves their turkey tom so i often pick one up for him. Theres usually no one here so the staff is super quick. They’re always friendly too, often giving me a serving of meat for my dog who is patiently waiting outside. I would say I am in and out of here in less than 3 minutes.
