It was 5:30 PM and they were «out of chicken» to fill a 12-​piece order. I asked how long it would be (I was in the drive through) and could not get an answer. He offered to fill the order with a mix of styles. I asked if it was fresh, and he said all the chicken was fresh.
One gravy and honey sauces are left out of the order, and the chicken was awful. A grilled chicken breast was so hard I couldn’t cut out chew it. The other pieces were soggy and torn up. What a sad excuse for fried chicken.

Terrible service. Even when not busy. Want honey for your biscuit? Go stand at the counter and wait for the sole person taking orders to finish and realize you are waiting then she will provide it as it is stored behind the counter. Want a fork for Cole slaw? Same process. Stand at the counter while your chicken gets cold and wait.
Probably the worst KFC in St louis.
