Plaza Frontenac has long been a staple of high-end west county shopping from the moment St. Louis got wind a Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus was due to open – way before my time. With that in mind there has been a slew of retail stores that have come and gone, most of always seemed to cater to the same clientele and employed the same kind of person(i’m trying to hold back the bitchy comments). When Lucky Brand Jeans opened it helped bring back a youthfulness to the selection of retailers that was definitely lacking. I was ecstatic, to say the least. The store itself warrants applause with its success in blending«rock-n-roll chic» with a level of classic americana décor, all of which serves the primary function of showcasing the stores great selection of denim, casual /sophisticated apparel, and accessories. Onto the clothing selection.. . The selection of men’s denim is impressive and they always have the size you need in stock. Lucky jeans are one of those brands that have the classics you can always go to but always will have ‘that one pair” you would’ve never thought you’d look good in. Almost all of the men’s clothes here will make even the guy who hates to shop enter and leave a happy man. Vintage rock-band tees, Triumph motorcycle baseball hats and leather jackets; you’ll know if this is your store or not, and if it is you won’t be disappointed. Now for the MOST important part of the Frontenac Lucky Brand Jeans location: THESTAFF. If you’re looking for attentive, friendly, and helpful employees this is the place. My personal favorite Lucky-Brander is Matt, being one of the only guys in the store he really helped me find the perfect fit of jeans. I hit a «shopping wall» and couldn’t seem to find what I wanted, but after listen to me babble for 20 min he helped me pick out what are now some of my favorite items in my closet ! You’ll definitely leave feeling happy and taken care of with Matt and after all, a great store is nothing without great people working it.

A few months ago I saw an e-mail saying another store was having a jeans sale. I get to the store to discover that sale is online only and their jeans selection is limited. So I walk down a bit and decide to go into Lucky Brand jeans. They were having a sale in store and a number of jeans were only $ 50. Now, I shop with my kid quite often and usually walking into a store with a toddler means that the employees either ignore me or hover way too much. Combined with the fact that I was obviously only shopping at the sale rack, I was surprised to be treated so well. They were so nice! Selected a number of styles for me and they even found some crayons and a piece of paper for my son. Since then I’ve been back to this location and the one in Galleria to buy more jeans — they fit perfectly(and they have short length!) and I swear every worker is helpful and super friendly.
