This place needs to be shut down, it’s dirty a couple time recently after having their chicken, had stomach problems. The staff does not care there is no customer service, be prepared to wait over 15 minutes, I waited 40 minutes for my order, some customers were waiting even longer. I went into the store cause the drive-thru ALWAYS get the orders wrong after a long wait. I used to like the chicken here but that no longer the case, Something about the flavor and cooking changed a thick greasy film coats your mouth. Over the pass year this place has gone way downhill. I was a frequent customer this will no longer be the case. Shut it Down Please it’s a Popguts not a Popeyes, employee handling food and money no gloves, dirty floors. New management and staff is needed to clean this place up.

Worse Popeyes restaurant in St. Louis I swear. I bet at least 50 cars a day leave without ordering bed cause they grew tired of waiting. The employees come on to the intercom with gruff instructions to «hold please«and after they leave you in the waiting for a good 10 min(on a good day) they impatiently ask for your order without an explanation about the delay or complimentary ANYTHING. How does the current restaurant manager still have a job? I mean seriously? One day I was even told I couldn’t use my debit card because my transaction was less than five dollars. Somebody take the wheel of this embarrassing establishment. It makes the entire company look bad.

Oh, my Lord. I wish I’d stopped somewhere else. Under normal circumstances, the service I just received would demand a one star rating. The get the second star only because Popey’s has the best damned fried chicken on the planet. The service at this location is horrendous! I sat at the drive through menu board for about ten minutes and was never greeted. Figuring the speaker might not be functioning properly, I pulled around only to find that the lack of greeting was due to the drive through person sharing a «smoke» with the patron already at the window. Still determined to return home with God’s greatest gift to chicken, I pulled into a spot and went inside. I almost couldn’t make it to the counter. I believe the sticky film on the floor, determined to thwart my forward progress, was thicker than the tile upon which it was caked. I placed my VERY simple order. 4 legs, large mashed, and a mountain dew. The order was delivered quickly and accurately. The chicken, however, was cold and tacky. I assume because it’d been in the bin due to the slow down at the drive through. It is quite obvious, to me, that the crew of this ship has little to no concern as to whether or not this ship sinks or floats, and it amazes me that any corporation could glean even a minuscule profit from a store run this poorly. I mean, really? Unemployment is high, and wages are low and you guys can’t field a team that can resist sharing a joint at the drive through window?

The food was hot. That’s all that was good. Speaker at drive through is waaaay too loud. Didn’t get my order right and there was a fly, yes a fly, in my Sierra Mist. Prob more than one but I didn’t notice until I had drank it(them) all.

I have one word to describe this place… GHETTO!!! The floor was obnoxiously dirty… the drive thru was filled with cars… the girl inside responsible for taking the drive thru orders was complaining saying“she had someone DEAF out there… how was she going to make them understand.” It took them forever to to give me my food and customer service was horrible… As much as I love Popeyes I would Never go back to this dirty… filthy…horrible customer service POPEYES. Oh, but despite all of that my food was still BOMB…“love that chicken at popeyes!”
