I loved that the employee at the register greeted us when we came in. However, upon ordering the first of my drinks, she proceeded to close the order. When I explained I wanted to get another drink, she rolled her eyes, gave a big sigh and not-so-nicely asked me what else I wanted. She was extremely short for the rest of the transaction. Not what I’ve come to expect of Starbucks employees.

For being an offsite Starbucks it wasn’t a bad experience. The young man that made my drink was in training. The first time he made it it did not turn out right and so he dumped it out. He then went on to explain to me that he needed to remake it because it did not turn out right; which I told him I very much appreciated. For being a new employee he did a great job and my peppermint mocha frappuccino was delicious. I also thought it was funny that the St Louis Airport had the Kansas City coffee mugs for Starbucks collection, You Are Here, but they were completely out of the St Louis ones.

These guys are very busy. I always get an iced green tea. They made it perfectly. The wait was about 20 minutes on a Sunday evening.

I’ve had better service at any DMV. Posted hours claimed that they open up at 430a but there were two very leisurely employees milling about ‘preparing’ to open until about 450a. Once they did open(to a crowd of 6 people anxiously awaiting their lattes) the expresso maker was broken. Instead of having an ounce of sympathy or customer service the two employees proceeded to shame anyone who inquired as to what the issue was. Horrendously poor exposure for Starbucks.

Most unprofessional Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The 5 girls in the back were listening to their own music and not helping people.
