Warning if you thinking about switching cell phone carriers T-Mobile’s customer service sucks. On Cyber Monday between an hour in there store & then 4 hours mostly on hold on the phone they still couldn’t get me set up. They kept telling me that the store set me up incorrectly and kept switching me back & forth between sales & customer service. Finally by 11pm they were out of the phones & I’d had enough, but the next day I thought I be nice and send a facebook message requesting a supervisor see if they could help me and offer me some type of discount on the 4 new lines I was trying to set up as a new customer with them. As I really didn’t want to rant about this on social media without giving them the opportunity to make things right. Well after 3 days of going back & forth, they weren’t willing to do anything for me other than provide express shipping for the new phones which still would’ve gotten them to me later than if they would’ve not messed up my initial account on Monday in the 1^st place. If anyone would like further details I’m happy to share. I’d thought switching to t-​mobile from Sprint after 15 years was a good idea. Boy was that a headache & complete waste of time. At least I’m glad I found out just how bad t-​mobiles customer service was before having to actually deal with them as a customer. Sprint has there issues but they will usually at least try & work with you or cut you a break. Not t-​mobile sorry for the rant, but most that know me know that I will rave about how great some companies are. Many of you ask me all the time where to find the best deals or where to buy things which I’m always happy to make a suggestion especially if it will save someone time & energy. This is the 1^st time in a very long time that I feel so surprised and disgusted with a company and there complete lack of caring about the effects of not only losing a new potential customer. Plus I imagine that I’ve referred 100 or more people to Sprint, I wonder how many people will be dissuaded from considering going to t-​mobile based on my experience.
