Slowest service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. There is no reason you should have to wait in a drive thru 20 min. Or more.

I will never go back there again! I Tried a boss wrap a week ago for the 1st time at another location and it was excellent. Thought I would give this taco bell another chance after a bad experience the last time. We ordered 2 boss wraps and a nacho bell grande. Not only were the boss wraps very tiny, I opened mine to see what was in it. There was 2 pieces of steak on mine. There was the smallest amt of other ingredients as well. My girlfriend said the same about hers. We open the nachos and they were smothered in cheese with 1⁄10th the meat in one of their small tacos. Bottom line is the employees hand out food to customers and don’t take any pride whatsoever in what they are making people. I cannot get the owner of the stores number from anyone there including the manager but will definitely work on finding it and explain whats going on to them. They may be losing business because of the lack of good help.

The food is on par with other TBs. The drive thru has been greeting less and typically ask you to hold on before they can take your order every time. Faster to go inside.

Taco bell typically doesn’t deserve a review. Its always cheap and pretty satisfying and sometimes you have to expect the workers to mess it up. BUT this location is amazing! The employees are always on top of their game and super friendly. The food is what you’d expect… only the order is always accurate. Definitely going to this taco bell from now on.

So I walk in to taco bell and stood at the front counter for ten minutes and didn’t get served. They had six staff members in the back and one in the lobby mopping the floor. All staff members in the back just paced and repeatedly just stared at me standing at the counter and refused to serve me or my two friends with me. Don’t go here the vibe in the store just feels like every one working there hates their lives and just genuinely don’t give a shit. Don’t waste your time here

The girl that I was giving my order to gave me a very bad vibe when I first wlkd in. I was deciding on what I wanted and I felt very rushed with her tapping her nails on the counter. Once I was giving her my order I told her no tomatoes and sour cream and she said«we can’t do that it comes like that» in a very rude way. So I just blew it off and thought maybe she was just having a bad day. After I got my bag of food home I discovered she got it all wrong missing two items. I didn’t take it back cuz I thought it was too much of a hassle and not that big of a deal but just really learned my lesson. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. having said that I will not go back to this taco bell. this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten bad service from this particular Taco Bell.

A rollercoaster pit of despair, that’s the only way I can describe this Taco Bell. For years this Taco Bell was notorious for screwing up orders. You actually knew to pull into a parking spot after leaving the drive thru just to double check that your order was correct. They remodeled and restaffed and things were great for awhile, but now they’re back to their old ways. Serving up cold greasy tacos and messing up orders. The only Taco Bell I never have any trouble with is the location at Lindbergh & Tesson Ferry.

I had a problem with the staff hitting on me when I would come through, but not anymore!!! They have seem to have got some really good employees who care about their work. Thank you for double checking my order, asking if I want sauce and for not making my drive thru experience awkward and kinda rapey!

I have went here 2 times in the past 2 weeks. Previously never. I went through the drive through both times, and by luck. Both times my order was taken by a woman named Jennifer. She is very polite and helpful and it seemed like she was enjoying her job, and that she actually cared if the order was correct. I actually commented on how nice she was and it seemed to really brighten her day. Sometimes we forget to acknowledge a job well done and we need to change that. The food was nice and hot, in fact it was still hot when I got it to my house 10 minutes away.

There comes a time in every man’s life when he just needs to shove something down his gullet. Maybe he’s had a long day at work and doesn’t feel like eating frozen pizza or microwave dinners for the fifth night straight. Maybe he’s in the middle of a road trip and needs to pull over to address a case of the stomach-growlies. Or maybe he’s just completely trashed and needs something fatty and starchy and cheesy to soak up those six Jaegermeister shots he had and the three more he shouldn’t have had. Lo, just beyond the horizon, at the intersection of «Hungry» and«That’ll Do,» lies a shining beacon of sustenance. That beacon is Taco Bell. Fast, predictable, inexpensive, and satisfying — at least temporarily. When you place your order, you’ll know exactly what you’ll be getting, because it’ll be the same as what you’ve always got. It won’t be the best meal you’ve ever had. It’s nothing to write home about. It’s not even anything to text home about. Taco Bell is what it is, and that is exactly what it needs to be. And they have four types of hot sauce.
