My niece wanted something to eat. We were right here at Subway. She was a bit apprehensive because of a bad past experience with one in Texas. She had the sandwich anyway and enjoy it. This made me happy. Way to go Subway

Someone from this Subway called me and left a message after my initial visit and corresponding complaint email. However, I would have preferred to be contacted via email, as I am a busy lady and know that this could have been handled more efficiently via email. I was not looking for anything for free, but I wanted the owners to know that their product was inferior to other locations’ products. I didn’t need to have a 30 minute phone conversation after the initial visit in order to accomplish that. I tried to call back and received voicemail. Fantastic! I have no time or patience to play phone tag. It’s called email. It’s 2015. That’s the way most businesses communicate, and how I requested to be contacted in the form I completed to file my complaint with the business to begin with. Needless to say, I won’t return to this Subway. It seems no one at the establishment can follow directions or please their customers.

Charged me 10.00 for a salad and clearly states 7.25. No manger replied, no phone call. I couldn’t have any one tell me why I pay 7.25 at other subway restaurants and here I paid over ten dollars. Disappointed. #subway
