I’m giving it two stars because it’s local and not a chain. My son and I ordered the French dip and it was so bad we sent it back. It was plastic like beef on a un-fresh roll. The wings we ordered were fine. And the beer was cold. Just okay service. Disappointing. I really wanted it to be a local sports bar we could go to regularly.

Just no. The food was tolerable with the wings being the best thing our group of five had. The service — horrible. In addition to having to flag down anyone we could just to get refills, etc., the servers congregate near the kitchen and while there are children in the place, they don’t seem to notice in that the four letter words are flying. It’s a low-class bar. If that’s what you’re after — definitely go! If you’re wanting something more for your money, try something else. I’d even suggest their Fenton location over the Webster one. Just no.

Great place to watch a game at or meet a group for drinks. They always have $ 10 beer buckets(5 in a bucket) and the food is good bar food. My husband and I come here a lot just to get some apps and beers. It gets very busy on weekends and during big games but we have never had a problem finding a table or waiting too long for service. Love this place!

Good, local establishment. Lots of tv’s, darts and outdoor seating. Lots of good options on the menu. I particularly like the Murphy melt.

Went to Webers in Webster Groves on a Saturday night for food, drinks, and the blues game. 2nd time here, first was just for drinks. Our Experience this time was less than exciting. We were sat at a booth in the back corner that was LITTERED with trash and food on the seats and under the table. Whatever, fine it’s a sports bar, I’ll clean off my own seat. We didn’t get greeted for almost 15 minutes– by then we had our appetizer and drink order. Our server had to sit down with us to take our drink order, which was 2 whiskey on the rocks, with lime, and a Coke. We ordered our appetizer at the same time… Our server then stopped by 2 more times to tell us our«drinks were on the way». We got our appetizer, and then our drinks another 10 minutes later, & the drinks were pretty much whiskey with water at that point. We ordered another round of drinks as soon as our first ones got to us, along with our food order. The second round of drinks we got were wrong, we got whiskey mixed with Coke this time. But we didn’t see the need to complain, whiskey is whiskey. The girl who brought us our food was beyond rude, she dropped our food, asked us if we needed anything but turned and walked away before we could even answer her… The Chicken sandwich with Jamaican sauce was okay, and the cod sandwich was good. But the«hot Italian» was dead cold. Last kicker of the night was that a different server stopped by while we were eating and asked if we were currently using the silverware that was still wrapped on our table… We weren’t, so she took the silverware & side plates we hadn’t used and gave them to someone else at a table next to us… Disgusting!!! I feel bad for the folks that got our silverware that we could have sneezed on!!! Only good thing I thought was that the server took $ 5 off our bill without us asking because the drinks took so long… He was a very nice guy, besides the having to sit down to take our order. I think he understood our silent frustration… Webers would be an awesome place to hang, eat & drink if it was CLEANER and more organized. Maybe more service training? Who knows. I’m going to try them again, maybe a different location. maybe they will increase the staff working on a Saturday night?

My go to place after a Sunday afternoon work shift. They Always have several games on across all sports. The bar staff are very nice. Order a drink, while they make my carry out salami & pineapple pizza for $ 6. Always perfectly cooked thin & crispy crust. One of my favorites pizzas. :)

If your a sports fan that wants to catch your team on TV while you enjoy a drink and some really good food this is your place. As a cautious warning this place gets packed early and fast for football season. College or professional.

Went for happy hour, just for a beer and a snack. We asked for a happy hour menu and the waitress turned her nose up and halfway huffed off. I guess since she makes better tips on non-happy hour food than cheap appetizers, she was irked. Well, pardon me for ordering happy hour fare during happy hour! She then proceeded to ignore us. At least the beer was cold, hence two stars. Won’t go back.

By far the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. The waiter today was obviously under the influence of something. He couldn’t take a correct order, didn’t know what a dirty martini was and rarely came by our table after serving us the crappie drinks. We had planned to stay for dinner but one sip of our cocktail and we knew that was a bad idea. This was our first and will be our last time at this dive bar!

Used to like this place but it feels like they are just phoning it in now. I ordered a reuben sandwich and it came without dressing and meat was old. Tables are too far away from benches so half of us had to sit hunched over. Wait staff seems to be from a temp service. Whole place was a big downer. Avoid.

After returning sober I’ve concluded that the menu could improve. They still have great specials that are worth taking advantage of.

Good prices on everything, great food and its never totally packed on a weekend night, all positives in my book. service is usually good but sometimes not i recommend the buffalo wings(top 5 in stl) and they alsohave a burger with two grilled cheese sandwiches in place of the bun. ive never had it but a friend has and thought it was awesome

Sooooo… We made a reservation for 16 to have beer, food, and watch the hockey game for a friend’s birthday-i.e. We’re letting you know in advance we plan to take up table space 4+ hours and order food and beer the whole time. We ended up with a group of 12. They gave us a great space in a back room with 3 large TV’s with sound, which we loved. Unfortunately, they assigned us one of the most uninterested and incompetent(or unwilling, hard to tell) servers any of us(our group contains current and former industry folk) had seen in a VERY long time. It was clear she didn’t want to be at work-Would disappear for long stretches at a time and lots of empty glasses were had by the time she was back; one person would flag her down to order, and she’d immediately turn to walk away without asking anyone else(who were all empty) what they wanted. TWICE when we asked her to hold up a second so that we could order more than one thing, she actually rolled her eyes at us. She told one of us that the bar didn’t have«Captain» because she didn’t know what Captain Morgan was(and didn’t ask any of her co-workers… Turns out they do have the rum, like most other bars across the country); getting checks at the end of the night was a disaster(we told her at the beginning there would be 6 separate checks and she indicated this would be ok-If it wasn’t ok, we would have worked it out on our own), but she didn’t keep track of who had what… One of us ended up with a $ 100 tab while another had a $ 25 tab, stuff we ordered wasn’t on the checks, stuff we didn’t order WAS on the checks, and after 2 rounds of check reviews and adjustments still didn’t come back completely correct, we just said«screw it» and paid, figuring it was close enough. We tipped her 18%, which is unfortunate, because she would have gotten 25% or more out of us had she given half a shit and just stayed on top of drinks. Food: Average. We all had appetizers and entrees, and all agreed it was«ok». Not bad, nothing special. In short: great back room area for a birthday party group, and we all had a great time, but not great overall experience at Webers.

I frequent Weber’s Front Row for Happy Hours and the occasional lunch because it’s right across the street from my office. They have great drink prices and the staff is always attentive, even during busy times.(I also think the staff recognizes me and co-workers because we come here so much.) Weber’s is also apparently a Chief’s bar… so if you’re into the Chief’s, it’s a great place to watch the game! Their menu is typical bar food with a couple unique/outstanding items. The Pretzel Bites, Garlic Cheese Toasters, and the Bosco Sticks(stuffed cheese bread) are my typical appetizer items. I can’t complain about any of them. The Cajun Chicken Pasta is served in a HUGE portion. I shy away from ordering that because it’s just a TON of food and it doesn’t re-heat well. But it’s still decent pasta. However, the Pork Tenderloin Sandwich is something that deserves its own spotlight. It’s delicious and seasoned to perfection. I love the drippings of sauce that come with the sandwich as well. You can pay an extra $ 1 to have the sandwich served on garlic cheese bread, which is always good. But if you’re looking to save calories, the sandwich still tastes great on regular bread… but the sandwich is still not healthy by any measure. I’ll definitely continue to frequent Weber’s in the future. I think it’s a great local hang-out in Webster Groves!

Weber’s is a local favorite for me because they’re close to my work. I’ve gone there for lunch and happy hour/dinner multiple times. My favorite item on the menu is the buffalo chicken sandwich. It’s a lightly fried chicken breast dipped in buffalo sauce. I dip it in a side of ranch and usually opt for the waffle fries, which are also tasty. A soda goes well with it but I don’t usually get that. For happy hour, I’ll order a beer… Bud Light, hefeweizen, Schlafly… whatever I feel like. Nothing special. Their appetizers are pretty good. I can recommend the bosco sticks and the pretzel bites. It’s typical beer food. The bosco sticks are deliciously cheesy and lightly fried. The pretzel bites are light and fluffy — definitely not the dense pub pretzel you might be expecting. They could offer a better cheese dip — it’s a simple nacho cheese with the pretzel bites, but hey, it’s a bar. This is a fun place to go to watch the game — there are tons of TVs and the service has been good each time I’ve been there, even when it’s busy. They went through a renovation in the past year and the improvements are well worth it. The space is brighter, looks cleaner, and seems like a good face lift. Overall, a good neighborhood hangout for Webster Groves. And I just found out that they buy renewable energy credits, so that’s cool too.

I should have stuck with the wings and club sandwich. This time I branched out and got the pork tenderloin sandwich. It wasn’t all that good. And the server was odd. Often he was walking away as he was talking to us… or even worse as we were trying to speak with him. But this is one of my staples when in the area. Lots of TV’s, good prices, and typically good service.

I have yet to try the food here. Let’s make sure you know that. NEVER had the food, so when I do I will update this review. However, this is a go-to for watching the games and getting a good draft beer. Everyone is a regular and everyone is always very friendly. Yeah, yeah, I’m a girl — I know it’s «different» for me. However, I love that I can essentially walk here and that the place always has fun bartenders with a touch of sarcasm. Those are my favorite kind. I don’t like servers who are over-the-top cheeseball«friendly» working for a tip. I like people who keep it real with and can crack off-color jokes. That’s how you earn my tip when I am out having beers. Will try the food shortly.

Great neighborhood bar. Where else can you get a $ 5 High Life 40 oz on a Sunday? Wings are very good and the thin crust pizza was freaking awesome!(You get a 1 topping medium 12″ for $ 5 if you check in) So to wrap it up: go on a Sunday, check-in, drink a 40 and eat a pizza for $ 10. That’s my religion right there.
