I’m torn as I write this review. I love Williams-Sonoma. I love to cook and the majority of what I have in the kitchen has come from WS. I love it so much that when my wife and I got married, WS was one of the places that was on our wedding registry. However, I feel like their in store customer service is horrible. And it’s been that way for some time I have just held off on writing a review. However, I have had one too many bad experiences in there that it finally prompted me to write a review. There have been several times that I have been waiting at the counter to get some help and no one would offer to help. After waiting for a couple minutes I would have to make a throat clearing sound to get someone to finally acknowledge me. I have had a couple employees be short with my wife and I. I even had one employee be outright condescending to me. My wife and I are in our late twenties/early thirties and I have gotten the vibe from several of the employees that they don’t take us seriously because we are young. I feel like a lot of the customer service issues stem from that. Now don’t get me wrong. I have had some fabulous customer service from their employees, but I feel like it’s about 70⁄30 good to bad experiences. I’ll still shop there because I love WS so much, but I’ll probably order a little more online from now on.

This is my happy place. I love all of the beautiful baking pans. I collect them so I enjoy seeing what is new every season. The service is friendly and knowledgable. I also enjoy the samples. Today they had Peppermint Bark, yummm!
