I was very disappointed in the quality if service here. I brought in 3 pairs of pants — 1 had all of the original stains on it, another had a giant crease down the side of the leg, and the last had hair (NOT my hair) all over it. Disgusting. I also brought my wool jackets in to be cleaned — I don’t even know if they did anything. Oh, and they charge $ 20 a wool jacket, FYI. I needed to keep the pants that had hair on it (I have to wear something tomorrow!) and am returning the rest for round 2. The service was cold, which made the whole experience that much better.

Avoid like the plague.
Dry cleaning job was horrible. Customer service was non-​existent. Employees were ambivalent and improperly trained.

I’ve been a customer at this location for years and have never been disappointed in the service or quality of the cleaning.

DO NOT BRING YOUR ITEMS HERE TO BE DRY CLEANED!
I brought my two wool rugs (3′ x 5′) to be cleaned on December 12, so I would have nice clean rugs in my kitchen for when I hosted some holiday get-​togethers. I was told they would be back on the 19^th. When I went to pick them up, they weren’t there. They didn’t come in until two days later. No biggie, except that after I paid for them, I got home and unrolled them to find out they hadn’t even been cleaned!
I brought the rugs back on January 2^nd, after the rush of the holidays was over. I was told they’d be in by the end of the week and someone was going to call me when they came in. Nobody called. I went back, and they weren’t there. I sent an email, and got a reply saying they had been there the whole time because they didn’t redo them for they were done the first time and that from there records, someone from customer service had called me to inform me of this and that they could do them using some other ‘wet’ process if I came in to sign a release to allow them to use that process.
Well, nobody called me, and I wasn’t about to sign a release to them after having my rugs for this long! I replied saying that I just wanted them back because this was just getting ridiculous. I got another email saying that «It looks like you signed the release, so we’ll call you when your rugs come in.» I never signed such a release. I got a phone call later in the day saying that my rugs were in. I went to pick them up, and they were completely destroyed.
Two wool rugs, both had cost me about $ 100 each. Ruined. Now I have to go through the process of trying to get them to pay for me to replace them. Oh, and they still haven’t reimbursed my original $ 60 I paid them to clean them.
So furious!

Anderson Cleaners is close to my apartment and I hate driving so I occasionally use their services. The prices are roughly the same as I was paying in LA — which surprises me a little since the cost of living is significantly lower here.
Regular dry cleaning is okay. My issue is with «special» orders: Cleaning my comforter took weeks, cleaning my Tumi messenger bag took close to a month. That just seems a bit ridiculous.
Their tailoring services are mediocre as well. I had them replace a zipper on my winter coat. The new zipper was far cheaper looking than the original and was sloppily sewn on…
I’ve certainly experienced better.
