Wow! I’d been looking around for to cut a second key/remote for my 2012RAV4. Ran across them on Unilocal and gave them a call. $ 35.00(because I had the replacement key/remote) and 30 minutes later(because it took me 15 minutes to drive there) I was out the door. Highly recommended.

I was just at Apollo. Jim was very helpful and efficient. I have been trying to get a simple flat mechanical key for my new Subaru Forester to keep in my wallet(in case of a lock out). The local Subaru dealer said it couldn’t be done, but they would be glad to sell me a big fat spare key with a chip for about $ 100. The deal is that most new cars have transponder chips inside the plastic grip. Apparently if you try to start a car with key that has no chip, expensive bad things can happen. Well, its also expensive, and very frustrating, to lock your key in the car or loose it. Anyway, I just wanted a simple flat mechanical key that wouldn’t create a huge wallet bulge, as an emergency key to open the car door if I got locked out. Jim made one in about 2 minutes. I checked it on the car door. It worked fine. Cost — $ 4. I highly recommend Apollo Locksmith.

This is one of the few places in the area that can laser-cut car keys; and their prices are way under what the dealerships charge. The customer service is excellent to boot!
