Not sure what has happened to this store. My husband and I have bought from them for YEARS! Always had great customer service. But not today from the rep or the manager. I brought in my Lifeproof iPhone case to ask if it was warrantied for a second go around. Again the plastic piece broke underneath the home button and the plastic on top was peeling off too. The rep looked at me and said, «You must be hard on cases.» I told him that I am not typically hard on cases and I did not like it that was the first thing he said to me. He repeated his first comment. I asked the manager to come over and told him my concern. And he said the same thing! I came home and looked up the feedback on the item. In one site on the first few pages I saw the same concern that I had. And actually the first time I brought it in to the store a year ago the rep told me others were having problems with it and addressed it right away. The two today have no idea what is going on in the marketplace once they sell a product and they kept telling me what a great product it is.

I feel like I’m in a post office. No one cares or is in a hurry to help. After finishing with a client, lots of cut chatting despite 2 customers waiting.

I went here thinking the company store would have better service than an authorized retailer. I made an appointment(I did show up early) and there was one customer in the store. As I walked in a man looked up at me and then went back to looking on his phone. I assumed he was waiting to see an AT&T employee. I went up to the front counter to wait until the worker on the phone was done. He then called out his co-worker to help me. Yep. Same one that was doing absolutely nothing when I entered the store. He was not helpful at all when I explained I wanted to buy a new phone and wanted help transferring my old info to my new phone. At this point it was clear he wasn’t going to be helpful so I left. Very frustrating as I was trying to spend money and sign a two year contract.

Terrible customer service. I purchased two chargers at this location less than 2 months a go… neither one works now and this is very typical for AT&T chargers. They will only warranty one of the Chargers. Kyle has terrible customer service skills.

Once again the needs of the employees outweigh the needs of actual customers. This store closes at 7pm. I pull up at 6:58 and observe them locking the door. There are two customers in the store being helped when I knock on the door I am ignored until another employee approaches the door. I explain it is just 7 now and I have been waiting and I just need to make a payment using their payment kiosk, which doesn’t require an employee to help me. He said they close at 7 and I indicated I saw them locking the door before and he walks away from the door. I have called corporate and lodged a formal complaint as well. I get it, I cut it close, but guess what employees you need to understand that the word service. I pay far too much for all my services and have been a loyal customer for too many years to not even be politely acknowledged. I will continue to share this everywhere because I think it is ridiculous.

Came in to switch my service from T mobile and left without service. Scott said my service should be on within 48 hours. Turns out Scott input all the wrong settings while scrolling through my cell. I had to call technical support to get the correct settings. Stay away from this store. They’re more interested in your personal info on your cell then giving you good service.

Staff was AWESOME on a crazy hectic day. They brought out beverages and snacks for the people standing in line. Process of getting my new phone was seamless.

This is NOT a review of ATT the company, or of the quality of the wireless service provided by said company. This IS a review of the excellent service provided on many many occasions by the staff at this store. These folks know their product, and the ins and outs of dealing with the corporate mothership. At this point I’ve learned to forget about calling *611 and instead I head over to Highland and talk to a human at this store. The store’s location also means I can load up and multitask on errands(grocery, bagel place, what have you). I like these guys.
