Shaun was the best to work with — had a rental home to get ready for sale — had junk 360 out 3 times (one was very short notice but they accommodated my schedule) The best part (next to the courteous staff) was I didn’t have to lift a finger ! I just pointed: they picked up branches and misc outdoor debris– inside they hauled stuff up from the basement and down from the second floor– it was great! Would definitely use again.

These guys did a great job removing our old hot tub from our back yard. It was challenging because of landscaping etc. they took it out piece by piece. That you!

I had a garage full of junk from the previous owner of our new house and needed to get rid of it. Of the many junk haulers in town, I picked Junk360 because they’re veteran-​owned and because they have a nifty feature on their website that lets you upload a photo of your junk to help them give you an estimate. Those are good enough reasons, I guess. But now I have more.
Mere minutes after I submitted a request for a quote on their website, the owner Sean Riffe gave me a very pleasant and friendly call back to schedule the pickup. That was Monday — today all our junk is gone. Couldn’t be happier.
Kamaya, Hua, and Zack (apologies for misspelling) were not just prompt but even a little early. They were both easygoing and insanely efficient at the same time. They let me help them a little bit, which was nice, and they had the whole garage cleaned out in about a half hour. As other reviewers have mentioned, they take great care to sort everything to allow for easy recycling and donation back at their facility — Kamaya arranged our mess of stuff into neat interlocking piles like a Tetris prodigy. Before they left, they even swept up the leaves and dirt from the garage. It will never be so clean again.
What impressed me most about them was how much they like each other and enjoy their work. Talking with them afterward while they were getting my bill ready (less than $ 450 for a hell of a lot of junk), they talked about how much they like working for Sean, who was formerly their commanding officer in the Army — it shows. Junk360 works the way every business should work — efficient, fairly priced, kind to customers and employees alike. Can’t recommend them enough.

Very well run and easy to use. I called to have some junk removed from the basement and Shaun came over later that day to do an estimate. The quote was lower than most places I had called and his crew was very polite and did a great job. It seemed like they do a good job donating and recycling what they can because they were pretty careful about sorting things and not just tossing everything in a big pile in the truck. You get what you pay for with these guys. Would definitely use them again.
