This is a second listing for same location on Prosperity so I’m adding same review I left there. The electronic menus that show what you ordered never work so orders are generally messed up. I’ve called so many times to complain about orders being wrong, they never answer their phone. Well unless you count where someone picked up and hung up. I’ve called during off hours, no answer. I’ve called corporate and it doesn’t help. Examples, I ordered an oreos mcflurry, lots of crumbled oreos on top and I thought, ‘great!’ and guess what, the oreos were NEVER mixed into the ice cream so after getting into ice cream it was like eating plain vanilla ice cream. Another time, we ordered a meal and they forgot the fries even though we were charged. We asked for butter for pancakes, none was in the bag. Another time I ordered a sandwich without dressing, it came with it. Another time I asked for tarter on the side and they said, ‘we have to charge for that’. what? It comes with sandwich, why charge? It’s hard to check orders when you get them at a drive-​thru. Be more careful in drive-​thru. The wait times with one or two cars is insane. This isn’t fast food place. It’s come and wait, wait, wait and they still get it wrong.
