We stopped here on our way through St. Paul. I’ll be the first to admit that I am not a White Castle fan, but my husband and kiddos are! They love ordering the crave case and never have any complaints. Because we were running short on time I ordered here tonight l, but instead got the chicken bites & chicken and waffle sandwich and to my surprise it was actually really good. So I will return. Customer service was friendly and fast. I was surprised how quickly they brought our food out. No complaints there. This White Castle was a lot cleaner than previous ones I been to. However, I was disappointed that there was no Mello Yellow or Mtn. Few type soda to chose from.

Worst customer service ever. They told me to wait for a bit through the drive though… I say ok, 20 min past… and still no response… I went to talked to the service window and they say, oh sorry didn’t know you were there yet there was 5 cars behind me. Never coming here again. So much for a midnight snack.

I did it.
I gave in to pressure.
My children have never had White Castle before (since my hubby refuses to eat there). But tonight was special. A little family date, and they begged.
The restaurant was very clean, which I appreciated.
If you HAVE to go to White Castle, then this is a good location… Nice cashier. Efficient cooking staff. Friendly all the way around, and the food was prepared exactly the way I expected.
The problem is that their food is substandard.
So, let me reiterate… if you already like White Castle, EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I’m giving it 3 stars, because I really can’t stand the food, but it’s the brand’s fault. I’m sure this location has made them proud… if you like that kind of food.
