Anyone can come and take a shot at playing on some of the greatest golf courses across the world. There are two simulators that allow you to take your layover experience to a new level. The floor to ceiling screen (9−10ft) wraps around giving you such an immersed virtual golf playing adventure.
There are two other places there you can enter the driving range, similar set up, just a smaller area.
They also have a training area where the camera captures your swing and then will help you fix it. There is even a pro on hand to help.
If you just want to relax, you can pay to enter the lounge to sit back and enjoy the view of the airplanes. Or you can walk to the putting green and test the many different putters they have available.
This has been the best layover I have ever had in an airport!

I’ve never had a better layover than the one in Minneapolis. If you have a couple of hours to kill, and you want a quiet enjoyable getaway from the terminal, this is a great place to visit.
You’ll forget you are even in the airport once you go into the private waiting lounge. Chip or putt while you wait, or simply recline and watch tv in the closed off environment. The mall is right outside the windows, but they offer food and beverage service while you wait and as you are playing. Foorrrrrrrrre star rating for sure!
