They honored a return on an item I bought here that broke after 2 weeks. Very easy return. It was replaced with a brand new product and if this one breaks, I can bring this back also. The sales associate, Matt Jensen, even got down on his hands and knees and helped me put the item around my shoes. We both did it together as a team! Thank-​you Matt!
