Do not order from this site. I ordered a pair of $ 150 brand New Electric Knoxville XL Polarized sunglasses and not only did they send the wrong pair, they sent broke sunglasses. They were scratched on the frames and lenses and didn’t come with the box or cloth cover that EVERYPAIROFELECTEICSUNGLASSES comes with. On top of that, I’m trying to return them and this company IGNORES all of my emails and they keep creating FAKEORDERS! They tell me it’s going to be sent out tomorrow and they’ve told me that on Friday 11⁄19 that it would ship on Monday 11⁄22. I called on 11⁄22 and they said they would ship on Tuesday 11⁄23 and I called today and they said they would send them out tomorrow. Do not trust this company or site, they will screw you over. I’ve talke to Lea, Whitney, AND Anthony whom have all«created orders» for me but every time I call, they say no order was created. This is the definition of theft and false advertisement. They took my money and are choosing not to give it back.

Can I give no stars? This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen, completely boggles my mind. As a previous user said trying to call the customer service is a joke. My husband ordered a pair of snowboard boots and some other items. The rest of the items arrived minus the boots. When we called customer service we were told the boots were on backorder, however their policy specifically states that we should not be charged for a backorder item until it ships. Long story short we spent almost a month and a half trying to get our money back for the boot we never got with customer service giving us the runaround and even going so far as to tell us that they had processed our return and it would appear in our bank in 24 hours… it never did. and finally a higher up manager called my husband a liar saying he didn’t believe we didn’t get the boots… WHAT!!! I have worked in customer service for ten year and would never say that to a customer. Smh so bad. spend your money elsewhere because this company will steal it!!!

I highly recommend The House in St. Paul, MO for anyone in need of outdoor sports gear. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and can assist you with anything you need. I used to live out in the Minnesota area while I was in college and I enjoyed snowboarding in my free time. I frequently visited The House for clothing, accessories, and other equipment such as snowboard bindings. They always helped me choose the right products for my needs. Highly, highly recommend.
