St Charles, MO

This place gets a bad wrap; I find their meat and sides much tastier then that hipster joint that rhymes with «booger wire.» The baked beans are really tasty, great sauce choices; I’ve never had any meat here that I disliked; always a nice smoke flavor. Its fast, friendly, convenient, and even cheap, with their $ 6 meal options that give you two sides, a meat dish, and bread; its the perfect amount of food to eat without overeating. I like this particular location the best because its set up as a BBQ place oughta be, with ordering at the counter, and not with table service like their other locations, so you don’t have to tip.

I really enjoy the pork. I usually enjoy all of the sides. After moving here from KC in 2004, this has become my usual barbecue place. The hot sauce and the Carolina sauce together make for a good meal.

Equivalent to dog food. Food is cold and usually rubbery. Will never eat here again. Should be shut down. Prices are ridiculous, food quality is shit. you should take your business elsewhere

I have been there several times and still do understand how they stay in business. Living in Memphis and Kansas City for sometime I can appreciate good BBQ… THIS ISN’T IT! St Louis does have some great places in town… this is NOT!
At first visit some might enjoy, then you understand it’s not that great. My last visit, the entire party was sick from the meal. I have tried all there locations with the same outcome.
