No Greeting whatsoever, awkward moment there. No seasoning on sandwich, we always ask for HOT fries, LUKEWARM, and the table was sticky. Folks you can do better! We can choose to take our business elsewhere. Try Greeting your customer it works wonders and reflects on the management skills and level of public relations you have as individual team members.

here’s a tip: when your employees shows up with no voice, maybe send her home because we’re in the middle of a flu epidemic. maybe she just lost her voice but even if she did it doesn’t make me feel like eating my food… and maybe I’m just sensitive because my 9month old just got home from urgent care with a terrible flu… But the food was. Awesome and hats why they get four stars. I can’t believe I have been going to Arby’s for so long with Lions choice right here
