McDonald’s

Don’t really write too many reviews for establishments like McDonalds, but it is a business and should be reviewed as one. That said, this locations BY FAR has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I am not sure if there is anyone training the staff the «McDonald’s way» but if there is, he/​she should be fired. I have frequented it for several years. Each time I swear I will not come back. With the exception of the morning crew the staff is not only immature, most are downright rude. I cannot tell you the last time ANYONE said «thank you» to me after taking me order (customer service 101) I know these are kids but who is teaching them??? I won’t be back!

ok, you may reasonably wonder why anyone would write a review on Unilocal for a mcdonalds and secondly may say «what up with 5 stars»? Fair questions.
First of all I don’t work here or know anyone here. McDonald’s food is what it is. I’m writing this review not to suggest it’s equal to Ruth’s Chris or something. This review it to compare this location, at Mexico and Salt Lick to other McDonald’s locations.
I’m not sure what they’ve figured out here that most other locations haven’t but they always get my order right here. I don’t care for much cheese (sorry Wisconsin). It seems like at most mcd’s they want to slap cheese on everything, even if you ask them not to. That’s just an example. I just really like the way they operate at this location. Whether inside or drive up, the crew is above average in the friendly department.
It’s a well run store and i’m always satisfied, thus the 5 star review.

Closest mcd to my house, but I would rather drive to another. Every time I go the service is horrible. I have called the franchise owner number several times and they never call back. I guess they don’t want my business.

First, this location is at Salt Lick and Mexico Road.
Second, most of McDonald’s food is garbage, as most reviews across the board describe.
Third, customer service at this location is awful. You are almost guaranteed to have your order messed up. Don’t believe me? Try for yourself to experience their failure.
Fourth, it is Shamrock Shake season, and this location’s milkshake machine is broken. Seriously?
If you have read this far, and are still in line to get something from here, it is your own fault if they mess anything up. Go elsewhere!

The worst service of any Mcdonalds, ever. Consistently beyond slow at the drive through. Horrible. I don’t know who owns this Mcdonalds but if it is a franchisee they should have it taken away. If it’s corporate owned they should be ashamed. I now will drive past this Mcdonalds to go to the next closest one because that seems to be more time effective.
