I don’t think this deserves any stars. This was a very unpleasant experience. The worst one I have had with a dentist. I recently moved here and was looking for a new dentist. I had a tooth ache and needed to get a cleaning as well. I went to this dentist based on the reviews that I have read and that was a huge mistake. I was not able to go to Dr Eidelman since it was last minute but was able to get in to his associate dentist Dr Bayne, not a good choice. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and had no resolution to my tooth that was hurting. They actually didn’t even address it until after I said something about it. The hygienist forgot about it and the dentist never acknowledged it. The hygienist took floss and was ramming it up under my gums so hard that it brought tears to my eyes. I saw the dentist for maybe a minute-​that is pushing it then he was gone, never saw him again. He was very impersonal and did absolutely nothing for me. I was just money in his pocket. What a shame that I had to waste my hard earned money there.

They seemed very capable and efficient. They did not keep me waiting, the office is nicely decorated. I loved the hygienists and staff.

I have been coming here for many years for dental care, and would not go elsewhere. The staff is always warm and friendly which makes for a more personable experience. I have been pleased with all of the dental work I have received over the years.
