I had no prior experience with this business, but my husband decided to take a pair of my glasses in for a repair. My lovely toddler decided to rip the arm off my favorite pair of glasses, so they needed help desperately. Spectrum offered to have them repaired in just a few hours! I picked them up a day later, and they were not only ready as promised, but they cost even less than estimated. I also dropped off two pair of glasses to see if they could add some nose pads. No problem!
I’m sold. Don’t toss those old, damaged glasses. Take them in to the crew at Spectrum and let them work their magic. Staff is friendly, prompt, and thorough. Can’t ask for anything better!

Excellent customer service. Broken glasses, no way to order new frames and insurance won’t pay for a new pair for another 18 months. What to do? You go to these guys! Repaired the nose piece on a wire frame in about 3 hours on a weekend. Charged about 10% of what it would have cost for new glasses. thank you so much Spectrum for saving my wallet!
