I love this store! Huge and I mean huge petite section, this is rare in most stores. Great selection and great prices. They have additional discounts on Monday or Friday depending if your under or over 50. I’ve been here a few times and always find something. The staff is always friendly.

Summary: The customer service of this store is poorly executed — I would not recommend associating with the employees here or else you will most likely leave frustrated, especially if you have returns or exchanges! — Long Story: I came here with the intent on returning an item. The item in question was a pair of shoes originally purchased two weeks ago at the Beall’s Outlet in Seminole; because I live closer to this one, I traveled here instead. I caught the attention of an older Indian woman(who refused to give me her name and the supervisor’s name, but gave me corporate’s number instead. Who does that? No store manager should want corporate called on their store!) and asked to return the pair of shoes. I explained to her that I purchased and used them only once for work, but one of the strips at the bottom had already torn off. The woman became suspicious because the shoes already looked worn; however, there was already a little wear(that is, the bottom of the shoes looked dirty) on the shoes when I purchased them. Since I also work in retail and am constantly on the floor, of course more wear would be added to the pair of shoes. The woman questioned the amount of use on the shoes, and I repeated what I had told her. I was already aware of Beall’s Outlet return policy as well, that without a receipt the customer would obtain store credit for the value of merchandise. The woman took the pair of shoes to her supervisor, who was in the back, and a few minutes later returned and told me that, because I purchased the shoes in Seminole, that I had to drive to Seminole and return them. I explained that it didn’t make sense because they are both Beall’s Outlet stores. The woman then said they didn’t tell the particular type of shoe that I bought at this store, and that I had to return it to the store I purchased it at. On the Beall’s Outlet website, it clearly states«No receipt with or without tags on merchandise = merchandise certificate issued at the current value of merchandise.» There is no policy about returning the item to the store from which it originated from. So I know that whatever the supervisor told the woman was a bunch of crap that infers that neither of them wanted to deal with a customer.
