Thanks to Yana W., I knew this coffee spot was on our must stop list. We had our dog Mocha Coconut with us, and knew this place was super dog friendly. He was super comfy here, played with his ball, and I ordered a tiramasu mocha iced coffee. Super different than I have ever had it before. It was super yummy and refreshing. The girl working was a doll. The place is cool and comfy. This is a great stop on central Ave. So much to see and do in this area of St. Pete. They also serve warm coffees and teas and have some pastries and snacks.

My most favorite coffee spot in all of St. Petersburg. Very warm atmosphere and lovely staff everytime I go. I highly recommend to everyone, even non coffee drinkers.

5 Stars for the service, quality, and ambiance– This local coffee shop is really great for multiple reasons: 1. Local 2. Dog friendly 3. Open air(in cooler months) 4. Speedy service 5. Comfortable chairs 6. Nice bar I had the Americana and it was REALLY delicious and piping hot(not sure they care about a 79-year old burning her crotch and they shouldn’t because coffee is supposed to be hot!). Anyway, the establishment is really unique with funny wall art, yummy coffee, and great service. Pet friendly and on a Sunday and you can bet on seeing multiple dogs saying ‘hi’ to each other. I recommend grabbing a coffee early on a Sunday and then stepping next door for brunch at The Lure. A great start to your day !

HOLYMOLY. If I could start every day with their delicious coffee, I would never complain about getting out of bed again. My cousin and I were roaming the Saturday Morning Market and she insisted this was the best coffee around. At first, I resisted(as I already had 2 cups of coffee at home). By the time she went back for her second cup, I decided it must be good enough to give it a shot. We both ordered iced cappuccino, which was really just more like iced coffee with milk and sweetener already mixed in. ITWASSOGOOD. It was just how I would make it myself at home. No other coffee place I’ve ever been too has ever been able to make it better, without me having to «fix it up» with extra sugar and cream. It was perfection in a cup. All I’m saying, is if you want to make your mornings better, GOHERE.

Love this lovely coffee shop. It is so cute inside! Love all of the St Pete images and inspirational quotes on the walls. Having a «living room» is brilliant! Comfy chairs and a couch. There’s also a long bar. Light 70’s tunes set very relaxing atmosphere. Friendly baristas. Clearly many regulars who are greeted by name. I love that the place is dog friendly. It’s so much fun for my fur kids to hang out with other pups. Great coffee selection and pastries are available, as well. Most definitely recommend this place.

I wanted to love this place. It took me a while to make it in because they close at 4pm and I’m usually all at work at that hour. I tried their signature iced latte that had white chocolate and peanut butter. It wasn’t too bad, but not as sweet as I thought it should be. I reorganization for another visit and ordered a hazelnut mocha. The barista used Hershey ‘s syrup! Not good. The latte tasted mediocre. The shop has a nice vibe, but the flavored drinks are lacking. If I return, I’ll order an Americano and see if my opinion changes.

Why 5 stars? Because this is the coffeeshop I’ve been looking for! For the past three years(read: since I moved here), I’ve been in search of the perfect coffeeshop: one that serves delectable coffee concoctions in a cool, comfortable setting where I can get work done and not have to schlep very far. Enter, Brew D Licious! Before my most recent visit, I had visited this delightful business once before, but it was a couple years ago when they were located at the Hollander hotel in Downtown St. Pete. A friend recommended that I check out their(now standalone) new location, and then my sister was in town and wanted coffee, so off we went! The minute we walked in, I knew I would love this place. It has all the aforementioned attributes and more. Being a hot day(even in November; who knew that was possible?), we wanted something to cool us off. The barista was super helpful, offering her recommendations, asking us how sweet we liked our coffee, etc. I ordered an iced caramel latte, while my sister opted for the barista’s suggestion for her: an iced peanut butter mocha. Now, I know this sounds a little over the top, but it really wasn’t. It wasn’t too chocolatey, not too sweet, and had a hint of peanut butter. It was supremely superb. My caramel latte was also excellent, but I may just go for the peanut butter mocha next time I’m in. I can’t wait to come back and try this place out as a new potential place to do work! Thanks, Brew D Licious, for caffeinating St. Pete in a truly delightful way!

My favorite coffe shop ever. _Abient music played at the right volume from a quality sound system. _Friendly and attentive staff _Better than star bucks _Cheaper than Starbucks *This is a dog friendly locally owned establishment, do not expect franchise level sanitation.

Holy COFFEE! I don’t know how they do it but this coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had. I followed other Unilocalers suggestions and went with the iced white mocha hazelnut latte, and I couldn’t get enough of it! I’m addicted. And they love dogs.

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop of all time. Every once in awhile I get to work from home rather than going into the office. Still being fairly new to the area I looked up nearby coffee shops and found this place. I walked in and already fell in love with the ambiance. Very laid back and cozy atmosphere with a bunch of eclectic decoration that make the place unique. Theres a couch, some comfy chairs along with a bar area and a couple of small bistro tables. The barista/owner definitely knows her stuff. They have so many types of drinks she can make — hot or cold. She is totally friendly and so fun to talk to. My coffee of course was delicious. I originally came here to work, but I didn’t really get too much work done(in a good way). I quickly found out this was the neighborhood hang out. I met so many random people(and dogs). I then overheard someone with another computer asking if she had wi-fi. I loved her reply. She simply said no I like to think of this more as a bar where people can socialize with each other, listen to music and hang out instead of sitting on computers. This place made me feel like I was in a small town where everyone knows everybody’s name. Plus, it’s always a huge bonus when dogs are welcome! She has dog water bowls and treats off for all your furry friends!

Cool place– the talented barista gets any drink spot on! She even makes several drinks at once! I also had their quiche– SOTASTY– a little on the expensive side(for a slice) — but it’s really good and in my opinion worth it. There’s usually 5+ people there at any given time. And a plus ++++ is that dogs are allowed inside! Small little eccentric place. If you want strong coffee — you should try this place.

Why 5 stars? Because the white chocolate hazelnut, iced latte. — — — I normally don’t order such complicated things, but I was in the mood for an iced drink on a hot day, and the barista suggested that particular flavor. You know those old Pringles commercials — «once you pop, you just can’t stop?» This drink is liquid Pringles. I never wanted it to end, so I was sure to head back again for my 2nd cup, a couple days later. Also, this joint has moved a couple of times since my last review. The current spot is as cool as they come. It’s very dog friendly, with a handful of food/water bowls near the entrance. It’s also eclectic and artsy to the point of maximum adorableness. This is EASILY my favorite coffee shop in St. Pete.

Oh my goodness. Where to start? If I owned a café, it would be just like this. Everyone is welcome, neighbors, friends, soon to be friends, four-legged friends alike. There were definitely local regulars who all knew each other and most importantly… the espresso! Best latte I have had in the area. Can’t wait to go back for more. It came highly recommended and now I know why. They have almond milk and I have an habit I am forming. They do not have wifi because they want to encourage face to face communication. Probably a good idea since people would stay all day! Service is fast and friendly. I will be back. Tomorrow!

There’s nothing that gets me as excited as a good indie coffee shop. Centrally located, parking was a snap on a Saturday afternoon, and the brew was perfect. Not the best for groups but you’ll definitely be comfortable there talking to your bestie for hours on end. Dogs are welcome and encouraged so the establishment has water bowls set out for them by the door so if you’re pooch is parched go ahead and stop in. They offer a few homemade baked goods and quiche to snack on but the coffee is the star here. The barista is friendly and will make solid flavor recommendations. While my coffee was sweet it was just the right amount of sweet and not sugary. I could still taste the nice strong brew but no bitterness. Even my coffee date who is not a coffee drinker at all was 100% satisfied with his brew. Bottom line if you want a good cup of Joe and in the area this is the only place to go.

Charming little spot on the 600 block. It certainly is the pick me up that area needed. Went in for coffee, sat at the bar and thought this would be a great place to bring my 14 year old daughter. That is until I listened to the gutter mouth of the barista. It was really off putting, and I’m from Nova Scotia… land of the Trailer Park Boys. Usually a few f-bombs don’t bother me but this was excessive. It really made me not want to come back. I certainly don’t expect homogenized behavior from people but come on, you’re serving coffee, not slinging grog at the local dive bar. Other than that, it’s got a lot of potential. I hope they stick around.

A hipster, dog loving, coffee drinking paradise. During the 2 hours we were there, 6 dogs entered. This place definitely has a loyal following where patrons become like family. The atmosphere is chill and retro and the coffee was great. I ordered a slice of pound cake and it was ok-nothing special. Support local business and skip the large Mecca with the green straws.

Delicious latte in a quirky and comfortable environment! I loved the interior, there was a small sitting area with a couch and a couple stools right in the front and a wrap around bar with high top seating around the barista’s work station. Lots of interesting coffee related art on the walls and a very homey feel. The latte was incredibly smooth and had a bold flavor without being overwhelming. I also loved how friendly everyone seemed– people spoke to each other instead of burying their faces in their phones. The only potential drawback is that the shop is completely open to the street, and their overhead door was open; we are in Florida, and even at 9AM it was muggy and humid which of course you can’t escape from when the door is open. I hope they close it during the day and evening when it’s sweltering outside. I’m always tempted to chain coffee places because of the convenience of drive thrus, but I think I will start carving out 10 minutes in my morning commute to come here instead!

I popped in for a pick-me-up Saturday afternoon while my pooch was getting groomed. I’ll have to stop by with her at Brew D Licious since they are pet-friendly– Yay! After some help from an awesomely outgoing lady there(I believe she was the owner?!), I was served a double espresso macchiato. ZING! Holy crap, that was good stuff. Everyone was so nice and outgoing here. Lots of personality and smiles from everyone. I found the environment to be comfortable and relaxing. I was able to sit at the counter and caught myself laughing at the different sayings on the walls and counters. Lots of stuff to look at, which was cool. On the way out I met a sweet lady who chatted me up for a minute. Even the customers are nice! LOL. I will def be back when I’m downtown again.

Okay, so I stopped into Brew D Licious while I was wandering down the streets of St. Pete and decided to stop in since I really wanted coffee and had read this place was good. The service was friendly and the people in the shop were super nice and willing to give me recommendations on what to get. I thought about getting a pumpkin spice latte but ultimately decided to get a gingerbread one since the barista said it would be pretty good with a good gingerbread-y flavor. I ordered my latte which was similarly priced to everywhere else that serves coffee. I ordered it with almond milk, which is a good alternative for anyone who doesn’t want dairy in their coffee. The latte itself was pretty bland and honestly disappointing because the barista had talked it up so much. I’m not sure why but I tasted no ginger in it at all. The interior is really cute and the service was friendly, so that part wasn’t bad. I would give this place 3.5 stars if I could, but for the flavorless latte, I have to give this place 3 stars. It’s probably a great place to hang out but I need to try some other menu items before I raise my rating.
